It's part n Parcel of every footballer to want to play for their club,I'm sure the lad must be thinking it's time he got a few games under his belt, imo he's well worth a chance to shine,Broony's understudy, possibly.

Also squad disharmony , half of their squad probably wont even play if they don't start shifting some with the amount of bodies they are bringing in(again) Warbs.Pedro and Gerrard rebuilds , trying to sign a whole new team again like when has that ever worked?.

He looks a quality player to me, confident and quality on the ball, nice passer and can get about the pitch - only problem I see is he maybe isn't as defensive as we might have thought when we signed him. Like a lot of our fans still seem to class him as a defensive midfielder despite all the games he's played he's looked more like a Donati or Crosas type passer and ball player.

As he had only played something like 20 games in Russia so it's not like our Scouts would have had a full picture of the style of player he was.

If we are going to let him go he should be loaned to a good team in France or Italy or somewhere he can catch the eye and hopefully be worth £5million+

Hopefully that or he gets more of a run in the team here. I have been really impressed with him. It’s just unfortunate that Brown has been in the form of his life and Ntcham has been great as well.

If we actually did pay £3 million for him it’s pretty poor the lack of chances he has got despite who he is competing with. It’s not as if he has been poor when he has played.

Loan him out with a view of starting here the following season. He’s only 20, get him a full season playing under his belt.

Hibs is the obvious one for me.

Aye he's more of a combative 8, or even higher who likes to press from the front just now..

I think maybe he doesn't have the defensive game sussed. Rugby Park and Dens on his debut I think? He was ropey and caught out of position a fair bit. Took Broony to be moulded in to 1 year's later. It'll come though..

Hope it's a loan. I like what I've seen of him. He's highly rated and liked around some big league's and it'd be silly selling him when his stock isn't really high due to hardly playing..

Let him go play under Vieira who was class in that position, in a top league, probably cement his place in the Ivory Coast squad and then come back next year a much better, more ready player..

Must mean we're bringing in a centre mid with him and Armstrong out the door..

Totally agree. Really like what I have seen from him. Hope he gets a run in the team to show what he can do on a more consistent basis.

Would hate to see him leave without getting more of a chance. I think he could be our next big money sale if we give him the chance.

Aye, I said Crosas or Donati but even then he's not really anything like them. Would probably have been closer saying Kayal or Gravesen, he's energetic, likes to get on the ball and likes to roam the pitch but has that wee element of class in his touch and quick thinking and spotting of passes.

Quote like Kayal of old. Good shout..

Good legs and get's about the pitch. Excellent presser. Good passing and range, positive a lot of the time as well. Decent with the ball as well and bringing it forward with the odd wee bursts..

How long does he have left on his contract? He could be loaned out to Nice and impress, and we could then be in a situation where we are forced to sell him at a cut price because of his contract situation.

Doubt there’s any chance we’ll sell him, he’s no doubt frustrated with lack of game time so maybe a season out on loan is a good idea. Just think how good he was against Zenit, exact type of player we need in next to Brown and Ntcham for Europe.

Loan him for 6 months he was always seen as a replacement for Scott Brown so he wasnt going to get a lot of gametime while Brown is playing so well

He has Ntcham, Brown and Armstrong infront of him.

Rodgers views him as a backup for Brown. Who’s been fit as * and uninjured for 2 years and we tend to fall apart without him. Unenviable position for him.
