A performance to match the pitch. Patchy. Ref was poor, any of those dickheads who bleat about there being some sort of refs conspiracy to help Celtic should be made to watch that game. Was impressed by the standard of pens, for both sides, but especially loved King Artur's.
Boruc:7/10 never put a foot wrong and great pen under pressure.
Hinkel:5/10 the guy struggles to defend and needs to toughen up as well.
Caldwell:6/10 the odd dodgy moment but did ok.
Loovens:5/10 not bad in the air but struggles to defend on the deck.
Naylor:5/10 made a few good passes but mostly his distribution is awful.
Nakamura:8/10 good game IMO. Coped best with dodgy pitch.
Brown:6/10 in and out of the game.
Crosas:7/10 like Naka his good technique helped him with the dodgy pitch.
McGeady:4/10 tried but couldn't get going, partly the pitch, partly having 3/4 utd players round him all the time.
McDonald:6/10 worked hard and scored both his pens.
VoH:5/10 almost scored in first minute, little else after that.
Samaras:7/10 worked harder than usual. Coincidence, now that VoH is back?
Robson:5/10 got stuck in but lost the ball a few times.

 

I was actually pretty impressed by the performance, considering the pitch. It's pathetic how they've let the Hampden pitch become such a shithole. On another day it could have been a pretty decent win.

The bottle shown by the Celtic penalty takers was unreal.

Hartley, Robson and Samaras will start at the weekend now.
