No one is ignoring the millions spent on players that failed but feel free to explain how the club can go out and sign players that will never fail....every single signing a hooper or wanyama or even the next larsson.....how....?????

You think the club didn't try to keep any of the players we sold....none...??
None of these best players wanted to leave and go to the epl and play in one of the best leagues in the world and become house hold names...no they all wanted to stay in the splfplf but our board * them.

Is replacing a player we got for free with a player that cost 2 million downsizing....???

So going by the facts on this form.....sammy and ledley left celtic because the contracts they were not offered were less than what they were on.:smiley-laughing002:

Someone just please tell me why we got 12.5 million for Wanyama (1 player) and spent less than that on over 10 players?

This is illogical. You have to speculate to accumulate in all businesses but the worst part is we wouldn't even be speculating, the money is already there!

The club can't hide behind any financial information any more as we're a PLC and anyone can spend 10 minutes on google and find out our exact financial state. The board were eager as * to post how we made a 10 million pound profit last AGM - please, please someone tell me why at least some of that profit wasn't churned back into the most important part of the business - the playing staff?

First of all, we had to pay out about £2m in development fees to his previous clubs, so it works out we got about £10m quid.

If it's that easy to find out what Celtic are doing with their money, why the * are you on here asking, and not pestering Jeeves with your queries?

why are you are still trying to defend to crazy amount of bad players signed when the failure rate is higher than the sucess rate there is something badly wrong .and not for 1 second do i think the club done enough to keep hooper and wanyama . none of the players brought in are anywhere near as good thus and therefore downsizing

I have asked you how we can do better if you show me what the board need to do to get it right then i may change my point of view.

If for example we had gone and sold wanyama for 12 million and then bought flo for 12 million who failed badly in scotland would this be classed as downsizing...??

I understand what you want but your not telling me what the board needs to do with our funding at the club to appease you.

Im also still waiting to hear how they go above and beyond.

All these concerns and transfer spending power are raised at the AGM.

Shareholders and consumers can bring the PLC to account. Peter has eased the fans concerns at every one. Including having a wee checky joke thrown in to.

the board need to spend more to get a better standard of player not spend more just for the sake of spending more and they need to spend more to keep the good players, * do i really have to spell that out for you .your wanyama-flo jibberish makes no sense and the more i discuss this with you the more convinced i am that winding people up is a guilty pleasure of yours

We made 10 million PROFIT last year.

Unless profit means something else to Celtic, then actually we DO have 10 million at least "in the attic".

I can understand keeping some money saved for when Sevco come up, but ffs we're doing ourselves out of so much in the mean time.

I'm missing something here, I remember reading you calling PL "Liewell" in the past and raging at him, now you're defending him to the hilt?

Forgive me if i'm wrong but i'm sure in the past i've defended the board whilst you've been mad at them, why have the tables turned?

If you remember me calling him "Liewell", then you'll remember fine well it had nothing to do with the football aspect, don't you!

Where have I defended the board may I ask? Not once have I said they were right or wrong - I have question the * being posted on here by yourself and others, as well as questioning decent/rational opinions from others.

    Are you a shareholder?

    Are you a shareholder Tifosili?

I am and all questions at the AGM have to be prior submitted and approved by the board before they can be asked!!!

Board have is sown up all way, when i asked you earlier Tifosili what our exact financial position was you replied back with "we play in scotland" thats not our position financially since you know so much......

Our accounts will show our Cash at bank as of 30th June 2014 is circa £12.76m according to PLC projections.

So that is for a rainy day (not getting to CL) keeps the club running without excessive debt but if you know anything about balance sheets it is better for a PLC to have small debt with high intangable (but saleable) assets!

so thats where we are financially it is not because we play in scotland!:50:

agree with you totally, don't get me wrong last few seasons i have enjoyed a very very nice dividend (from the profit we have made) but would happy get with all shareholders and reinvest it if manager was guaranteed to get funds.
