Dominic Solanke

I don't think he's had a full international cap. I serioulsy doubt u20 appearances are taken into account when it comes to the panel setting the compensation amount.

 

Seen a few rumours popping up again about this guy. This is the calibre of player we need in January, genuine quality.

 

I think he looked pish for Liverpool and not surprising he isn't near their squad this season.

Think we need more of a Dembele style more solid striker who stays in and around the box even someone like Guidetti. Solanke is more like a poor mans Edouard, guy who floats around the box and is more quick and a runner than a box player, hold up guy or goalscorer.

 

The fact we are looking for two strikers makes me think there could be something in any striker rumour.

 

This would be a better move than most I can see us going for, to be fair. Young lad definitely has talent.

There is an obvious talent there no doubt.

Does he start for us though, even with the current form of Eddie?. I don't think so.

 

He would probably start alongside Eddy. Brendan planned to play both Moussa and Eddy this year until Dembele left.

Solanke and Eddy could play as a front 2, or Solanke leading the line with Eddy coming off the left.

 

Well maybe their fans shouldn't call their players spear chucking *. They have said ejaria leaving early hasn't soured the relationship with Liverpool. It will still put players off going

 

More likely Eddy play in off the left, we wont be going back to a 352 especially with Solanke who has a lot to prove yet. Don’t think we’ll go for him though, BR will want permanent signings.

 

I think you will see 1 loan and 1 perm striker. Gives him options until Griff comes back.

 

I imagine he'll go palace, as the Loftus-Cheek loan was good for his development I think the player and Liverpool will see it as a good move for him. Palace badly need a striker as well so he'll get games.

 

They won't do business with us now..

We've already been embarrassingly knocked back twice for loan's for Wilson so this is just pointless..

Seems to be this mythical legend as well when in reality he's never done anything in first team football..
