Despite the little piece of me dying every time I see a grown man in football gear in the street, I've just ordered five shirts for the gym/football training.

UNAM pumas, Udinese, Colombia, Vitoria Setubal and Greuther Furth.

I do appreciate an obscure, preferably brightly coloured, foreign kit :50:

You'll get a different attitude from up their own * and/or posh people if you say you support Celtic rather than united, pool etc. put it that way:smiley-laughing002:

I do not agree with this. I have never come across that attitude.

That is exactly what I am doing over here. :bbpd:

There is plenty of Celtic stuff in my office too, so my colleagues know exactly where I stand.

Maybe in the bottom half of Ireland. I have never met anyone from Waterford, Galway or Limerick at a game. Most of the Celtic supporters in Ireland come from the northerly half of the country. I have met supporters from Cork and Dublin but I believe they are a small minority in these cities.

I've never had a problem wearing Celtic jerseys in Dublin. The only time only time I've got any bother wearing a football jersey is when I wear my Bohs jersey. I'm from Tallaght so it probably isn't a smart thing to do. I've never met anyone hostile towards Celtic though

You need to avoid Donals area then as he has had different experiences. I know little about Dublin so the Tallaght/Bohs thing goes right over my head.

Tend to just wear them to Parkhead or if I'm playing football. Wear them to gigs like catb and Wolfe tones too. Don't see the problem with people who wear them out normally. Everyone should just wear what they like wearing.
