To be heading in the right direction, I'd assume we should be improving.

The fact we are where we are in the table, after losing at home to Hamilton Accies, would have me severely doubting that we are heading in the right direction.

And we have not been since last season.

People refused to believe it though.

Ronnie isn't getting a response from the players who we know are not that bad so either changes his methods or its time to go. Its just like watching Bert Vogts talks a good game but cannot get the players to understand his methods.
The question is how long does he get to turn it around.

    Yes :50:

1-0 home defeat against Hamilton (first since 1938 so I've read)isn't such a bad result while in the process of implementing a footballing philosophy from the esteemed school of Stromsgodsets.

Enough is enough. We need a real manager. Bring Lenny back.

Read an article from Andy Walker on Sky Sports and he called it correctly. Worst start to a season in 16 years suggests we are certainly not going in the right direction. Just watching the team play and they look uncomfortable and disjointed all over the pitch with massive gaps at the back.

If anyone thinks we are going in the right direction they're high. Thought we might've started to improve but we've not improved one bit. Clueless all over and nothing is changing.

I don't think we are heading in the right direction, but that isn't just under Deila. We have gone backwards as a team in a short period of time. The team that finished the season under Lennon last season, wasn't as good as the team he had the season before in my opinion. We have sold on guys like Ledley, Hooper & Wanyama, and we still haven't replaced any of them as things stand. We appear to have all but abandoned our business model that a lot thought was in place as well.

My gut feeling is that the Celtic job is too big for Ronny Deila, and I don't think he was our first choice either. Larsson has since come out and said he was offered the job, as now has Roy Keane. Would these guys come out and lie about that, in my opinion, they have no real reason to. Neil Lennon would also rather not be in management than be in charge here. I think that was purely down to the board's ambitions not being anywhere near the same as Lennon's, this season's CL qualifying campaign would back that up, where once again, we went into the games having not done all we could to ensure we progressed. We done similar last season, but managed to scrape through.

Do I think we are heading in the right direction, no. The buck stops higher up the tree than Ronny Deila also in my opinion, it falls at the door of the people who appointed him in the first place.

I'm actually surprised by the positivity and I welcome it. I guess it's just the negative people always being louder than the positive. I voted yes we are headin in the right direction. I just wish Ronny would pick our best team, because I don't think he's done that yet. And with the lads coming back from injury, they are key players for us, so I'm definitely upbeat about that.

Why do you think we are heading in the right direction? Genuine question.

It depends. Maybe it just takes time for it all to click, but boy are we gonna have a tough run of games round about Christmas. I've waited long enough for us to put a decent midfield together, but now we seem to go into games with two central midfielders and other guys who go waltzing all over the pitch "pressing".

I don't know what it would take for us to feel the need to sack the manager. Right now i'm thinking he's done enough. When we become a bit of a laughing stock, you need to look at everyone at the top and not just the manager.

I am one of the 18.65%.

I've seen a mix of good displays and some frankly abject ones as well.

Unfortunately the same mistakes and issues are a common theme throughout the majority of games. At this level we should have found a solution to the problems and that is leaving me worried.

I don't think we're far off, it will take a bit longer and some more average results.

I also highly doubt we will be winning the league by 20 odd points either.
