I could hardly get a sleep last night thinking of that terrible result all i could see was artmedia 5-0 celtic i found my self in little day dreams think about that score and how i don't think we will have european football this season .
My worst games where N.Zamax 5-1 and Porto 3-0 but * i have a new number one now .
I really fear for this season now but lets hope this is the setback we need so the board can give us more money for players because everyplayer last night apart from shaun maloney.
COME ON THE CELTS HAIL HAIL :54:

I wouldnt give GS any more money to spend if I was the board. The players he bought up till now have not shown any signs of improving the squad. Zurawski last night crap, Camara last night might have well not been there and played with 10 men.
Would you give money to GS after that performance. He might be out of a job by the end of August, I dont blame GS I blame players who dont play for that Celtic shirt. -

Surely you have to give him some money to try and build that shocking defence mate because no way can we go on like this . Hail Hail

There is no money. Celtic will lose out on 10 million by not qualifying for the group stages of the CL.

- The Celtic Song, Oh' Hampden in the sun,Fields of Athenry
I came into work 10 minutes ago and everyone is waving and asking if we want a place in the conference but would we be good enough?
Can you blame them?
Its stopped now after I threatened to insert a bottle of milk up one of their * nostrils!
Where do we go from here - We support the bhoys next Tuesday and believe we can take Artemedia apart. The important thing is can GS get the players to think they can. If ever there was a test of leadership abilities, its facing GS right now.
YNWA -
haha
i just unleashed some abuse myself -
Oh to be a Celtic supporter!
There will be no more signings this year, players who were on the verge of signing will not now sign. Also the loss of revenue from lack of European footy will cripple us (very expensive last day loss to the 'well' that was).
The signings we have made are still to prove themselves Camara being a prime example as a defender he's pants. i couldn't help but think 2 myself that if Jackie bhoy was still here were possibly wouldn't have leaked 3 of those goals last night and whilst I'm not a great lover of Agathe going forward any more as a last ditch defender he is good.
I went from watching in disbelief at the tactics to being angry at the unproffesional way we were playing to laughing at the * defending.
There is no confidence through out the team, the attack can't hit the target the midfield daren't go forward because they know wat the 'sieve twins' are like at the back and no one takes control on the pitch.
I can remember two things Gs has said(apologies if its not word perfect):
1) if u have goals the rest will take care of itself- were in trouble arn't we!
2) I have been used to fighting relegation at my previous clubs - good job coz if we don't buck up thats what we'll be doing.
This stems back in my opinion to the Seville year we were in decline after that but the prudent board would not speculate even a little on a few players, lets hope it don't comeback to haunt us. -
If we play like that we will be lucy to be top six.

We are * stoor.
Im going for a breakfast. -
The problem is not in the money spent or the number of new players but the quality of gameplay.
The friendlies indicated that the team is under construction and still in early stages. I doubt very much it would be better if suddenly 8 or 9 players of the previous season's squad were replaced with the new signings. They must learn how to play with each other, first.
But that's one question - how to adapt new players.
The second one is (and this seems really important) - What all the players should be adpated to? This is question of a style.
I don't know what is GS vision. Are we going to rely on defensive abilities of our centre backs (cough, cough...) and let the fullbacks make the runs and plenty of crosses? Is our midfield all about clearing the ball and delivering the ball to the wingers or about keeping the instant pressure in key zones and qiuckly passing the ball to use the speed of attackers? Are we gonna depend on close-range bangings and long balls towards the penalty box or rather try to move around and make direct passes to create chances?
Do we play 4-4-2 or any other formation? In which shape? How can we transform one formation into another when neccessary? Does everybody know what to do on the pitch? How to react in different areas? When to pass and where to pass?
So far it looks like complete mess...
I'd like to believe that the last night disaster is going to bring more dedication and passion for the game as well as some sobriety.
We cannot dismiss any other team as phish anymore. We cannot believe that we easily beat the opponents just because they come from some remote country (or countryside in SPL). We need to work very hard and we need to start right now. There's no time left.
As European season is probably lost before its beginning, we can't afford another Motherwell next Staurday.
I hope both the players and the coach are wise enough to realise what to do.
It's not up to the board to win the games. They did their job. Now, we are waiting for the players and Gordon to prove they're worth of being the Bhoys.
I want to see Celtic playing modern, entertaining football. Not anything like old fashioned "kick and rush" or even worse "kick and wait" (wasn't it our style last night?). We need to rush but we must be rushing very cleverly. I am sure this is possible.
We still be proud of our team.
HAIL! HAIL! HAIL! -
We need a complete new back line - ALL the defenders that played last night were free transfers.
* poor - defence should have been GS first priority.
Nakamura will have the weight of the world on him when he turns up - hopefully he wont turn out to be another berkovic/slater/juninho.
In fact if i was him id tell the pilot to turn round while theres still time. -
I think I got about an hour of sleep last night, didnt get to sleep til 4, woke up at 5 and lay there till 7 and have been up since. I still feel just as sick as I did yesterday.
-
GS needs to get back to basics and show players how to actually mark a man.* disgrace last night. My fives team defends better than that.
