exactly and now kyndig is giving us a lecture

 

So i get angry when my team dont perform the way they should, there are on massive money, we fork out to see them play well. I have my rights!

 

i dont think we can compete in europe anyway tbh. But i see your point. Our defence is by far our weakest point. however, any of you remember our 2 first games? we conceded 9 goals in 2 games. it was very messy afterwards as well. it still is imo, but its better than at the beginning. plus i reckon we dont have the players and the money for a decent defense at the moment.

 

Kyndig you are correct - Wallace, telfer, McManus, Lennon and Hartson are glaring weaknesses. The options are there to erradicate these weaknesses. We are just about beating these teams , but only because they are so poor. If we were playing better teams we would struggle with these hasbeens/never will be's.
However i will give GS the benefit of the doubt as this is a transitional season. I will not be so benevalent with him if he doesn't replace Lennon with keane when Balde returns and BBJ with Beattie on his return

i can understand your frustration at loosing a 2-0 lead and its worrying how we let teams back into games at the moment but to single out wallace who i thought had a good game playing alongside maloney is simply not warranted.the two of them caused killie all sorts of problems down the left and wallace crossed for for majics goal and was not at fault for either of the goals conceded.overall i thought he was one of our best today.

Agreed. He was coming onto a good game, was showing us what people doubted and was our most consistant player. Then he was dropped for Wallace. Didn't understand that move.

 

Its not so much Camara being dropped that puzzles me, its the length of time that he has been dropped is very questionable!

 

Wallace and Maloney played well together going forward but Wallace isnt a left back but apart from that what a game fair play to Killie our defense made a game of it dont get me wrong i dont want to run over teams every week but GS must know where he needs to get new faces in and its not the strikers

 

Agreed, but i feel sorry for camara, i liked him, and now he has been dropped when he clearly is a good left back. I mean, remember he chested it down to boruc in a crowded box against rangers, imagine wallace tryin that...

 

kyndig i hear where your coming from! but am well pleased we won the day cause kilmarnock have been playing good football recently. i totally agree with u about wallace to playin at the back , but going forward he is good ???

 

At the end of the day keane is a midfielder so why was he played in defense? hmm? maybe next week we'll play petrov in defense with wallace up front and hartson in goals?

Bit of exageration there Kerr. GS is just trying things out, he obviously thought Keane would be able to do a better job at CB than Du Wei or Virgo, he's the manager, he picks the team. Wallace is sound going forward, however he's not the best of defenders. Would rather see Camara in there, he has an engine that can't be matched by Wallace. He runs up and down the left all game.

 

Mo-Camara is injured is he not GS said that on Celtic TV on Friday on the daily Huddle(i think?)+Wallace+Maloney do play well but Young Ross Should just be a winger and not a LB is there not a few younger LBs that play in the reserves that could be given a chance and if so why didn't GS use him against Clyde you never know we could have still been in the Cup,Keane at the back looks like it could be a good plan by GS just as long as Keano gets to match fitness(100%/fit)he could and will be very useful at the back(he would shout at them if they * up and really fire them up more than Lennon could??) but just untill big Bobo comes back then play Roy Keane in the Middle and hopefuly some-one from England or the Premiership will want Hartson+Lennon or even Thompson a well that way there money+Transfer fees they bring in will give GS more Money to buy more good players(Sutty's away so whats happening with his funds??) and thats with us having new ones already at CP-Zurawski,Boruc,Camara,Nakamura,Virgo and other ones if we get some money+injured good players waiting to come back+the younger bhoys also waiting for there chance too players like Michael McGlinchey,Paul Lawson,Michael Garyden,Rocco Quinn,Stephen Pearson If Pearo played in a Midfield without Lennon Pearson+Petrov+Naka+Maloney could see them bringing the title back to CP pretty soon or even Keane in there and Wee Maloney Up Front if BBJ goes soon now all of they players would get lots and lots of goals and that would be with-out BBJ.But if not Pearo us Maloney all the time what a player.
Personally I think its good that most teams can come to CP and play some neat football but the only thing that i want and I suppose every Celtic Fan would want the same A Victory and a good Performance but look at Dunfermline they came scored and defened for the rest of the game but we should have stuffed them but if a team has all there players camped in there box it would be very hard to score a goal in-front of all those players,But once again the bhoys look like thats us back on course for the Title and I do Beleive its coming home very soon bhoys+ghirls

Thats right m8 the CIS-Cup first(mickey mouse but who cares) Then the biggest one off all m8 the SPL Title and hopefuly the winner of the CL final this season finish 1st or 2nd in there domestic league that way Celtic go straight into the group stage- here we come bhoys+ghirlsso the double it will be
