Love the theatre of the Haka, but it has no place in the professional rugby world. Its simply unfair to afford only ONE side an extra opportunity to psyche themselves up and intimidate their opponent.

Dunno if the killings are true or not, seen the selfie of the guy with Maradonas body and video footage of a body being recovered by police..i heard he is in police custody but who knows.

Either way there's only one ending for those guys involved.

The guy in the bin video is apparently from earlier this year.

    Not sure what to believe.

    Either way. Wow.

Gies peace ya * walloper - comparing the Haka and the Huddle!!!???

    Heard it all now! :56:

One's a centuries old, physically and vocally aggressive, in-your-face challenge / war dance... and the others an, erm, group of blokes having a wee cuddle / motivational chat well within their own half!

Know it’s miles off topic, but its always found it odd that teams gave the Haka the time of day. I actually liked the England teams approach to it when they just changed continued their warm up, and largely ignored it. For me it just sets things off on entirely the wrong tone for whoever is playing NZ. Just feels like an acceptance that the All Blacks are the show here, and the opponents are there to play a support role.

Back on topic, it absolutely goes without saying that Maradona was a special, one-off player. He has a claim to being the best ever, but I absolutely disagree with anyone suggesting he’s the clear GOAT. He doesn’t get any extra points for having a cocaine addiction either. In truth the fact that Messi is every bit as much a mercurial genius, but with the work ethic and will to win that seems to match the very best in the game, is a major plus point for the other GOAT contender.
