I believe Laxalt failing here was just a complete coaching failure on Lennon and Kennedy’s behalf.

I wish the guy well, he was really good for Genoa and has played 20 odd times for a fairly decent Uruguay team. He ain't *, something went wrong and I believe it's down to the coaching team.

Going to Galatasaray maybe. Forrest will rip him to bits in the CL qualifier if we get them. Shame we will still get pumped though.

Likeable guy and I wish him well, but he didn't really impress here and he isn't worth what it would cost to bring him here permanently.

Came in initially and looked a good player then it fell to * with Lennon and Kennedy.

For 7.2 million that Milan want we can find much better, player wise and also value for money as well.

Wish him all the best for the future.

I wasn't impressed by him, offers very little quality going forward and extremely lightweight, we can do better.

AC Milan have reportedly set the price tag for Diego Laxalt at Є4million as they look to offload the former Celtic loanee.

The Uruguayan struggled to hold down a regular starting spot at Parkhead as he battle with Greg Taylor for a starting spot.

The 28-year-old is unlikely to get a second chance at Celtic Park or at the San Siro, but reports in Turkey note that Besiktas are chasing his signature.

Fanatic report that a cut-price deal is on the table with both Dyanmo Moscow and Dynamo Kiev also chasing the transfer,

He looked good when he first came in, really thought he would be a good player for us but after the first few games his form fell off a cliff.

I'm pretty sure everyone was raving about the lad after his first few games, no idea what happened to him.

Having an exclamation mark at the end of his name was always going to raise our expectations far too high.

We all saw he had something in his locker and offered a better option than both Boli and Taylor.
We all said after his first game, not even jokingly, that Lennon would coach all ability out of him.

    It happened.

I agree. Don’t think we saw his best as he morphed into the * that was on the pitch all season.

There's a reason he has spent 5 years of his career on 1 year loans to different teams. Milan signed him and loaned him out after a year too. Hes an average player.

I know but no one wants him back on loan or is willing to sign him permanently.
People think because hes from Milan hes brilliant and we ruined him.
    Hes just not that good.
A lot of our loan signings start well and end up average.

Except Genoa who bought him then he done well enough to earn a big money move to Milan. Also plays well for Uruguay.

He has his abilities, we just didn’t know how to use him I think.
