    It’s pretty disgraceful that a guy who’s not kicked a ball since July or played for the club before has been the only one that has showed some fight in the last 2 games. Yes another couple turned up in the 2nd half tonight but over the last 180 mins this guy has been our best player.

    Very promising signs. Didn't hold back against his former teammates.

    I'm holding off getting carried away.. but if he keeps playing like that then we have some asset on our hands.

    I'd cut a deal with AC Milan now.

    Get him signed permanently, he's already shown to be miles better than Taylor and Bolingoli.

    Celtic won't do that though, he'll Continue play well, season will finish and Laxalt will just end the same as Forster

    Just loved the way he seemed to loose the ball, only to dig in and win it back. Others would just have retreated to take up defensive position.

    He has to be one of the players we hang our 10iar hopes on. He looks like a great talent and he seems to really want to get stuck in and make an impact here. Can't wait to see more of him.

    Is anyone really shocked that this guy is the real deal? Lad was playing in a World Cup quarter final 2 years ago after beating a Portugal side featuring ronaldo in the last 16. Milan paid 13 million for him and he’s just been unfortunate to be displaced by potentially one of the best left backs in europe in Theo Hernandez. That said, was great to see that a player of his calibre is strutting his stuff for us.

    Aye mate a remember that game, him n big Godin kept Ronaldo quiet, a massive step up from Taylor by the looks of it, Which I suppose to be honest wouldn’t be too hard seems strong, fast going forward, good n comfortable looking with the ball at his feet , good passer and crosser and not scared of tasty challenging tackle, only 27 aswell total prime

    Why because we were beat once in the league by the next best team and then beat by a European giant who he’s under contract with?

    The amount of complete and utter drivel you are reading these days is beyond a joke.

    I’m sure Laxalt is delighted with his start and will give his all to make sure the next game we pick up the 3 points. I don’t think for a single second he’s questioning what he’s walked in to.
