It’s like he is a different player this season, really concerned by his form.

Just doesn’t look like the player of last season at all.

Hope it’s just a wee blip.

One of our weaknesses I think is we play players like him and Rogic who are slow as *, offer nothing defensively and aren't really 20 goal a season players which you really should be if you are allowed to let the team down defensively.

He is a tidy and good player but how do we really fit him into a good team.

Callum McGregor is he played number 10 for us I think would have no problem scoring 20 a season and assisting another 10-15 and he's got more mobility and better workrate for closing down etc which would suit us more.

He hasn't been great recently but I'm not overly concerned.

Not sure if it's a fitness issue or they just played him well but he was dire. So slow to react to everything and should have been took off at half time.

I think kyogo should take his place. Christie works hard but has little end product. This centre forward position is another big concern. Not seen since the rogic of 4 years ago

If we can get a hefty fee for him I wouldn't be against selling him. I think he'd do great in a system that suits him, but fast movement with high pressing is not it.

We are so desperate for a real dominant centre midfielder. I really like Turnbull and I compared him to mcstay ( me jumping the gun) but he's not ready to make Celtic tick. A hard technical midfielder who can dominate games is what we need for everyone to feed off of, especially McGregor.

I'm not advocating we have a team of big hammer throwers however, we are so lightweight and are bullied way too easily. We need a Broony in his prime in the team to help us dominate midfield

And a Boyata at the back even a Lustig type full-back.

Really you should be going into games with 3 guys minimum who are good in the air, the more than that the better.

We go into games more like with a minimum of 9 guys who are * in the air.

A complete luxury player...no point of playing him whilst we are in the trenches

He is the type of player that would have looked superb in a Rodgers team but certainly not this team I’m afraid..

Dont think hes gonna fit anges system. We need strength, pace and power in midfield. Turnbull lacks in all of those.

I'd wonder whether Cal in the 10, with Christie box-to-box and Soro deeper might be a better option in the short term. Only need Christie to leave to put paid to that however.

It will be interesting to see over time whether Ange thinks he fits his system (assuming he's given that time and the resources ($$) to make that call)).

Towing a caravan and too many touches. Blowing out his * aswell. Thought his football brain and speed of thought would make up for his lack of pace and power but it appears not just now.

I'm not sure he's up to playing Ange's style of football. He hasn't looked fit enough and always wants to hold onto the ball to long. He has been one of the main culprits losing possession in all the games so far.

He has had moments that looked decent but doesn't look comfortable in the new set up.
