Well said mate. Only Moyes is stupid enough to sign Fellaini twice. :smiley-laughing002:

I'd have Fellaini at Celtic. No bother. He'd be the best player in our team too.

Getting a class manager is a no-go , the board will not spend on players and they will not take a big drop in wages to come here whether they are fans or former players or not.

This. He'd dominate and score for fun up here.

    moyes' record is actually atrocious.

could he do a job here, of course. A blind monkey could win the league with our resources, but somehow Ronny and co are making it look like a chore.

However Moyes' interview was very telling. Even he seems to realise our board are a pack of tight arsed * with no ambition, hence his "give me a good budget and im your man" plea.

In all honesty though... he can * away off. And take Malky with him. I dont want his boring, defensive * arsed style of football anywhere near CP. Theres better options out there.

I think moyes would be better suited to a director of football role similar to what levien is doing at hearts, being a football man on the board that could support Deila (or another manager) and deal with the football side of the business and let Lawell deal with the money side

Moyes at the Motherwell vs Aberdeen game today apparently. I honestly can't think of any reason he would be there other than if he was being lined up for the job.

I thought that, but with pretty much any game in the UK available Motherwell vs Aberdeen seemed an odd choice :smiley-laughing002:

Not when he's from Glasgow. Up to see family and * and it's the nearest one.

Out of work managers just go about and watch fuckloads of football really.

I would love moyes as manager- i think he would be an inspired choice but it has steven fletcher written all over it, just seems were we are at the minute the board will not push the boat out. I really just cant see it.

Would be my number one choice..

Has great attention to detail.. Tried to find a documentary about him when he was at Everton, highlights his thoroughness.(will keep looking)

    We'd be a good fit.

I wouldn't have taken Moyes when he was at Everton, never mind now. I don't like the way his teams play & find the guy to be pragmatic bordering on depressing. He may very well do better than Ronny but I don't think he's the guy to get us back to being competitive in European football.

Would say that's a bit harsh on Yakubu. He had a good record at Portsmouth and Middlesbrough but injury's * him. Beattie should have been worth the fee but turned * quickly

I'd like Moyes tbh, whilst I'd like RD to prove me wrong, I think it's just went on far too long, for me Moyes would be down the line of MO/GS giving us a bit more strength to the team an more difficult to beat especially in Europe, IMHO.
