    Anderson to beat Newton

    Whitlock to beat Newton
    Van Gerwin to smash Wright 7-0 or 7-1
    Taylor to beat Barneveld

    Make or break week for some players. No game for Thornton this week so he could well be dragged down the table. Whitlock must win or it's relegation.

    Van Gerwen's a tool. Entertainment and interaction with the crowd is all a part of darts these days and that's all Peter Wright was doing last night. It wouldn't have mattered who he was playing against at the time, he would have done the same thing regardless. Yet Van Gerwen chose to take it personally like a big baldy cry baby. Personally if I was playing against Van Gerwen I'd get * off with his gurning every time he hits a double, I bet he never stops to consider how irritating that * is.

    I cannae go Van Gerwen at all. Hope Peter Wright winds him right up again next time. A bit of rivalry in the darts is good for the game anyway.

    Some tough matches to call tonight, with the exception of MVG V Whitlock, all of the matches could go either way.

    I've got a feeling there will be at least 2 draws, also got a sneaky feeling Thornton will beat Taylor.

    great first two games, a draw would of been fair between Wright and Anderson but atleast a win keep Wright close to Gerwen. Was cheering on Whitlock there, so close to beating MVG.

    Taylor looks as if he's coming onto a game again. Was weird seeing him getting brushed aside every week. Best game of the night was probably the first. Anderson unlucky not to get a draw.
