    Some good matches tomorrow night:

Thornton V Anderson - You can get 6/4 on Thornton. The way he hits doubles I'll be investing in that. Anderson can't finish for * at the moment.

Hamilton V Van Gerwen - Should be straightforward for MVG. Will be avoiding betting on this one, no real value.

Wade V Taylor - Should be straightforward win for the power. Might be worth a punt on Wade for most 180's, Taylor likes covering on treble 19 quite a lot.

Newton V Lewis - Both struggling but you can get Lewis at evens, must be worth a punt, he will hit form sooner or later.

Van Barneveld V Whitlock - Toughest one of the night to call for me, best chance of a draw tomorrow, but will go for Barney just to edge it. Great value there at 21/20 on Barney as well.

Thornton, Taylor, Newton-Lewis Draw, Barney.. Hamilton will prob grind out a draw with Van Gerwan...

Wade rarley hits many 180's these days, what could be worth a bet is no 180's in that match..

Wow. What a display from Thornton, 109 average something like 60% on the doubles. I doubt anyone would have been able to beat him tonight. Anderson only had 2 shots at a double the whole match, he took them both aswell.

If van gerwen is at his best he should blow Andy Hamilton away here.

Indeed, looks like he may be able to challenge Taylor and MVG.

Think he's beaten Taylor something like 4 of the past 5 times they've played.

Taylor's beat Thornton 13 out of 16 games. Though 2 of Thornton's 3 victories came in 2012. And even then Taylor still beat him the last 3 times :50:

    Yeah OK Statto! :icon_mrgreen:

I knew he had a fairly decent recent record against him, he looks like the only player that can challenge him or Van Gerwen, certainly off to a great start!

I'm not sure just yet whether I would say he can really challenge. But he's started very well that's for sure. Would like to see him do well :50:

I don't think there is anyone better on the doubles and if he scores big, as he did tonight, he can beat anyone for me.

Definately. Almost certainly going to be relegated, needs to go away get practising and more importantly lose a lot of weight. I hope he returns to his best because at his best he is brilliant to watch

I honestly think he should start praticing with Taylor again, he would at least get him throwing again.
At this stage i dont think he cares about his weight, no harm i would be discusted if i was that size when i am 50 never mind 27/28

Did he not fall out with Taylor? Remember hearing something about it before they played in the world championship. Would do him the world of good though. Don't know what's happened to him over the past year and a bit, but he has been unbelievably bad

I dont know if they fell out really, i think it was at the stage Lewis left Taylor he was ready to challange him, but he needs someone to give him a kick up the hole or i honestly think he is going to just go further and further down the rankings.
When he won that second world he didnt play good all tournament and i think he taught he could just turn up and win, but that Van Gerwan game in the Worlds i think broke him and he dosnt know what to do now..

Anyone watching tonight? Been a great night, Wade was brilliant, dismantled Thornton. Anderson just beat Taylor for the first time on TV, excellent performance. Also Lewis beat MVG for his first win

    Coupon-busting night of extraordinary proportions.

So wide open it's unreal. :50:
