    Similar to Mick in that he's fallen from grace in the last season or so through lack of confidence I reckon.

    The boy is a good defender, him and Mick were a stand out in Milan in 2007.

    agree , especially with mick , people forget how good he was for 06/07 and 07/08, o dea i used to like but hes goin the way caldwell did imo thinking hes better than he is, decent backup though.

    We need a player of Darren O'Dea's attitude in the sqaud, knows what Celtic is about and is great for the dressing room.

    Look at Alex Ferguson at Man U he keeps players about that know what it means to play for there team even if he could get better sqaud players, Wes Brown, John O'Shea etc

    Players like Darren at Celtic is worth more than is obvious IMO.

    Above average as a player can be a centre back or left back but always gives his all. I love his attitude.

    Like it or hate it we need players like him in the dressing room.

    i was going to say * up lads but i wont! iv'e watched darren for us and internattionaly he has all the merits of a great player and has showed it with performance and passion! hes great at what he does and i hope to see him first choice centre back this season hes DeDLY!
