Still holding out hope this is just paper talk, Sun reported that we bid 5 million for Mckenna and that was pish. they also came out saying arsenal offered 25 million up front and that was pish, was it not them that came out with the Mcgregor wanting away * too? they arn't exactly tier 1 for transfer rumours regarding us.

The system that we play, demands our LB/RB to be proficient in attack. Simpson doesn't fit that bill, he's a old fashioned fullback, decent defender but * on the ball..

Well maybe our system is changing as Lenny has already said he needs to reel in Boli.

How many attackers do we need, this is our problem we have not enough people capable of defending, we have about 7 attacking players in the team, this has to stop and think Lenny maybe doing this.

We'll get pumped in Europe if we go in with two fullbacks who can't defend.

 

His off the field issues aside, he's a cracking RB to have as back up.

A few things that make me laugh with * trying to defend Simpson or this * arrangement.

1st off he is 32 and played hardly any games in the last year.

2nd he is a wife beating *.

3rd he is not good enough not even as * back up.

Now we just let a 8 in a row and 8 cups winner leave in a free who is the same age and had a massive impact on and off the field with their experience.

Why not * give Lustig another 12 months if we are looking at * like Simpson?

Absolutely horrendous and embarrassing, I would expect this from them and everyone would be * themselves laughing at them saying he would fit in there.
