His strengths are vital for us especially in CL he can create and hurt big teams on his own we have few that can do that.
Should have had penalty players should have been booked for their fouls in him.

He needs to complain more far too nice like the other Japanese players

It's not in the Japanese culture for people to sulk and moan when things don't go their way. I think it's why I love having the Japanese bhoys playing for us, they bring an attitude and profesionalism to the squad which is needed to take our club up a level or two. In stark contrast to the attitude Haksabanovic and Griffiths brought with them.

I'm not talking about moaning for little reason I'm talking about shouting for a penalty and shouting about being fouled instead of just accepting it like a doormat. But yeah I know it can be a cultural thing

See if I was the ref and someone started moaning and mouthing off, they'd be getting * all off me for their troubles.

You and apevrak are acting like I am telling our players to do something all the other teams and players dont do, is there a good mannered trophy to be won or something and we are in with a shout

The reason I said that is because I'm a big stubborn, salty * and If I am, there's every chance one of these officials probably are too.

If the officials are half decent (an entirely different argument), they wouldn't be swayed one way or another regardless of the antics. I don't know why folk are so worked up about what the other teams do? Stadium pressure is probably more of an issue.

I'm only talking about appealing for decisions here, not saying our players should be screaming at the officials, my own fault for saying "shouting"

I get what you're saying. I don't necessarily disagree with you either, moaning and crowding the ref works more often than not. It's just that respect in Japanese culture is vastly different from what we're used to in Europe and it seeps through their society. They learn from early age to set the collective needs before their own needs and the respect for authority and seniority is on a completly different level than what we're used to.

The goal put him in contention for MOTM, pressing was excellent with some iffy decision making at times. But that is a fuxking top drawer finish. Left peg anaw.

    Total enigma this guy :giggle1:

    An amazing performance..

Said in match thread that im delighted he got that goal, and what a sublime finish on his weaker foot by the way..

It would've all been about how superb his pressing and running is, and quite rightly....but some of us (me included) maybe need to give him a bit more respect..

I've always rated what he does for us...but he frustrates..

He definitely has it in him though..

On his pressing....that was as good as I've ever seen it today. What a team player man..

Like playing with 11 men when he's on. Does so much work off the ball. Great goal as well.

A total enigma, who was it that said Daizen goes from world class to pub standard in the blink of an eye. Probably the best bit of analysis I've seen for a potential signing.

He probably is the fastest player in the world and thank * he's ours! When we signed him you knew he was going to put the fear of * into the opposition

Lost count the amount of times he got a foot in when we were down to 10.

Could have had a hat trick too. The ball hitting his * for the second and the save from the Kyogo ball in.

His work rate was sensational today, relentless.
