He was great in the first half and Tavernier could get forward for the threat he posed.
Only reason i can think he was subbed is if he was gassed. His running is such a a positive for us.

Good composure to capitalise on their mistake. He’s in great form at the moment.

Good goal and full of running plus he smashed Tavernier's nose. One of the few highlights for us today.

Took the goal really well, also unlucky if Abada was playing instead of Forrest that ball he played along the face of goal not long after he scored, Abada would have been in to finish that and wrap up the game.

Pretty quite later though I thought.

2 months ago, we'd expect him to miss this easily. Kewell must be some coach. Maeda's control was great, and the ball steal showcased his playing style. Today he was both a samurai, and a ninja.:84:

Taylor going off really stifled him

Was absolutely fantastic first half, great goal and had Tavernier on toast.

Second half he was quiet, but considering how woeful Juranovic was, you can't help but feel that stifled him a bit.

    100% first choice atm.

Can see that confidence in his game, actually willing to use his pace to skin players something which he has hid from doing in the past. Had to help juranovic alot in the second half as he was getting roasted.

He was dominating his side of the pitch until Taylor went off injured, they have a really good understanding hopefully he's not out too long.

What a player. He's like prime Shevchenko mixed with R9 Ronaldo, but better.

Made up for him. Pre world cup he wouldn't have scored that goal. Been fantastic since he's been back.

Before hibs I can't remember a goal that looked like he fully meant it, or didn't scuff it in the net. That world cup and strike last week. Ooft its brought the real meada out.

Had Tavpen and Goldshun on toast for the goal. Tbf he probably had no right to even win the ball ball from the pass. Breezed past them today.

His crossing is consistently good, always hits it low with pace, causes havoc. He's had some frustrating games but I feel the positives with him far outweigh the negatives.

Really loved his goal. Wish he celebrated it better though :giggle1:
