Does Keith Jackson & Hugh Keevins not write for the record ??? think that kinda says it all really !!

I dont know what celtic did to keevins, But he actually takes pleasure in having a go at celtic anyone know why ? I know billy mcneill lamped gerry mcnee years ago. Apparently he sounded really happy last week on the radio that rangers had "Gazzumped" celtic by signing weiss. You only had to listen this weekend not taking into account we horsed st mirren there was only 46,000 at parkhead. - Yes people`s current financial situations dont count in the current climate of job losses, cost of living etc. - but hey dont tell that to the journo`s who get in for nothing.

The ratings are fair in my opinion.

Their keeper made a string of impressive saves, stopped it from being a total demolishing. Samaras and Fortune played well, but agree with the DR that many moves ended at their feet. Our defence and keeper had little to do, but what they did they did without being impressive. They went about their job professionally, but not classy. The poor opposition is also a factor.

If they perform like that against Hibs, Rangers, Aberdeen and Euro oppositions, then the ratings (for the exact same performance) would be much higher.

Indeed, like many tabloid stories. Controversy sells.

 

As I said before, i don't give a monkeys, it is probably got something to do with dreamteam.

I just don't get why our fans buy these Rags. One example of the clear bias is the way they haven't even critiscised Rangers over their finances. They barely mention it. Now me being only 17 I know through my Dad and Grandad of the treatment Celtic got during the 90's when we were in a financial mess. These very papers wrote about it, with glee, every day. The Daily Record even hired a hearse to stand outside Parkhead to symbolise the death of Celtic. Compare and Contrast that to Rangers and that, in one example, sums up the Scottish Media.

 

for all those who read the first post and then posted stuff like they're bias, they're anti celtic, they're all huns etc etc etc

HAVE ANY OF YOU PICKED UP THE PAPER? ICT beat dundee utd 4-0 away from home and got similar ratings to our players. Are ICT mad timmy's too or something? they're just tight with their ratings.
