It's not a fair enough point to simply state a fact that we all well know. He gave absolutely no justification for it.

    I've explained my position.

At the end of the day. Dundee united are entitled to the same amount as us.

It's * but it's the way it is.

Glad you understand. Club could easily put the tickets on general sale and no holders could get one.

Make it fair to football fans.

Football fans are paying to go to games all season and can't get tickets while possibly 10,000 go on sale to "fans" who arent going to games.

It would be like in business someone buying £1million worth of shares for a company and someone else paying £50 and them both getting an equal say in how the company has run as they are both shareholders even though one has basically paid for the whole running of the company.

yes i do! i have a season ticket and attend as many games as i can (about 80%) im not going to get a ticket for the final due to me not going to cup games because of work. Would i like to go to the final - of course i would what fan wouldn't but if we were playing a game against a team with a much bigger fan base than ours would you see it fair to get 25% of the stadium when your opponents have 75% of the 'Neutral venue'?

Everyone that went to the semi should get one of our allocation, can't see their being as many prawn sandwich fans wanting tickets to this compared to the semi.so both teams should be comfortable with their allocations.

Neutral venue is only so someone doesnt get home stadium advantage. Doesnt have anything to do with % of crowd at the game. The game is just the final of the Cup competition. Should we make all cup games 50/50 crowds?

It would be fair for the fans who have gone to the most games to get the most tickets.

There's not any teams with 7 or 8x the number of STHs as us as is the case with us and Dundee United. Teams like Man United and Arsenal will have around 50,000 STHs, we have about 42,000, if we were to meet in a European Final I'd say it's only fair that they get slightly more tickets as they have more fans. Dundee United have proven they were able to take 28k to cup finals but against teams who couldn't demand half the tickets, this time is different

The tickets on't belong to the fans, they belong to the clubs. It's part of their reward for reaching the final. They deserve an equal share and are entitled to sell them who they want to.

Aye as how could you complain? if only certain amounts of fans are turning up to games what makes you think they should be entitled to any more tickets?

Although thats a bad example you used as Celtic are the 4th highest attenders in the Europa League lol

I think the opposite is true. If Queens Park get to the final the stadium isn't changed to make it neutral. Likewise if Celtic Park is used for a cup finals it isn't changed when Celtic get to the final?

Reality is it's never going to be like that though.

I'm sure there are a good few fans in our end as well who will end up with a ticket somehow but have only been to 1 other game all season.

It's the same story with European games. No * is fussed about Salzburg, Astra, Zagreb.....but INTER, DID YOU SAY INTER MILAN? cue mile long cues outside CP.

That club would have to have an average attendance of 120,000 but I'll humour you.

Yes. The people who get up at in the early hours of the morning and travel the length of the country to freeze their baws off and cheer their team on should be there to see their club lift the cup, not a family going to their first game because they fancy a wee day out in Glasgow and maybe the glory at the end of it.

It's a neutral venue, I can't understand any argument for anything other than a 50/50 split unless they say they don't want them or can't sell them.

It does though, Inter played Roma in the Coppa Italia final in Roma's stadium - Roma. Neutral venue but not home advantage. Real played Atletico recently in Copa Del Rey final at the Bernabeu as well.

Cup games designated at neutral venues require some sort of balance between the attendances, otherwise they wouldn't be neutral.
