    His release fee is in Euros and will have been agreed with Osasuna if what is being rumoured about percentage selling on fees is true.

    yes it is. it like EVERY other single aspect of a contract is negotiated. what gives you reason to think otherwise?
    it makes for a strange contract dealing in monies not used in that country.

    thats like us signing an american and him asking for a $2million realise fee, it makes no sense for us to give him that, we don't deal in dollars we deal in sterling and we would give him a £1million realise fee as that is the currency we use.

    9million from hutton
    8million from cuellar
    thats £37million

    take away 10million from europe this season thats 27million
    last season and this seasons transfers 22million
    5million profit...

    Nowhere near as simple as that, you can't take away something they never had for example in this years champions league money.

    The simple fact of the matter is they could go and spend £27 million and they still would not be able to attract the required level of player to be significantly better than we are. Their club is seen as a backwards one; out of europe, second best in their league and followed by a group of neanderthal hooligans.

    My other half has been a season ticket holder at Ibrox for 20 odd years & he is well scunnered. Had to put the light out so that he couldn't see the grin on my face. He's absolutely raging & wants to cancel the season ticket. Pmsl.:rofl:

    Im happy that he is left but at the end of the day 7.8 million is a good price for a player who only spent a year here hopefully Murray will pocket it tho and give Watty nothing that would be funny or Watty bought Jon Stead or something cos thats the sort of striker he goes for and they clearly need another striker to add to the 9 they already have :icon_mrgreen:

    Probably the last thing he'd ever do. Got to give him a bit of credit, has always hated Ferguson. Murray & Bain. Was at Ibrox last Friday & told me Cuellar said he was going nowhere. Said he expectd him to be away by the end of this week.
