Can’t pay EPL wages unless of course it’s Lawwell himself. Our absentee landlord better get his * in gear and get this * sorted. Because Brendan has had enough of Mr laugh at sevco’s pish.

I do think he is a Celtic man but he is out for himself first and foremost, and I agree he would happily go back to the league changing hands every few years to keep the money rolling in. Him and that wee * Bankier need to go.

Celtic men put their money and love into the club to see our team improve. He's never a Celtic man. He might say he is but he's a parasite.

A real Celtic man would not refuse to improve the team and then see the team crash out of Europe to an average AEK Athens team while £30 million cash sits in the bank.

Fair enough mate I should’ve maybe said Celtic fan, wee Fergus took it tight but at the end of the day his love for our club saved us, as you say this mob are on the take. They are the old families dressed up as a PLC.

Aye definitely need to go. I'm not sure how much needs to be changed but there is no point getting rid of these * and replacing them with similar tory *.

I honestly think the idea for the past couple of seasons and next whilst the competition in Scotland was so * was to get the infrastructure of the club sorted, so that when/if the competition got better we could kick on a couple of gears and leave them all behind again. I think Rodgers was brought in as someone who could get the best out of fairly average players and improve them meaning minimal investment in the playing squad, whilst money was ploughed in to the stadium, surrounding area, pitch, training facilities etc. Which to be fair, has worked until now, I just think the big mistake made this season (and as fans we were all guilty of it as well) was writing off Rangers before a ball had even been kicked and serious under investment in the playing staff was the result. The squad was in dire need of a shake up and a small injection of quality, we didn't need to undergo major surgery but nowhere near enough was done, or even looked like it was ever going to be done this summer. Complacency was always going to be the biggest threat to 10IAR, we've just gotta hope we get through to January either at the top of the league or close and throw some money at Rodgers. If no investment in the playing staff materialises in January then Lawell and co can get to *.

He went from £500k basic in 2015-16 to £1.1m basic in 2016-17 so 104% wage rise the season Brendan first came in.

Don't know what his basic was for 2017-18 yet but surely not £1.8m!

With a bonus payable every 4 years now also the *!

Well according to the article posted he is on £35k a week PLUS bonus , which is just * but heyho.

His bonus is based on CL group participation, from now on, so no idea how you can state he will get a bonus every 4 years but again heyho.

If he’s on £1.8m a year basic that equates to £34,615.38 a week. The basic isn’t part of his bonus, is it?

35,000x52= 1,820,000 to be exact but I dropped the 20,000.

My point is he isnt on 35k a week PLUS bonus, as the article claims. Just another blogger spouting * who has a hard on for Pete. If people want to kick him do it, but ffs lets do it on stuff he has done and not make up *.

I think him along with all the staff will be on 1/3rd more a month if we make the champions league hence our wage bill is nothing to worry about if we don't qualify.
