  2. The abuse CG gets on here is shocking.
He's been a cracking keeper for us and is great back-up to call on!

And well done to him stepping in to confront the killie idiot fan.

I'll second that....now some of them change their tune when it's suits.
Was the same with Nir Bitton.

  6. People changing their minds is cool by me. Bitton is an example for me. I was glad to see him signing the new deal! Hope his injuries don't continue though!

  9. There's no doubt about that....but there's far worse traits to hate someone than being sour faced

  10. Nice to see him standing up for Griffiths like that. Well done.

  11. Exactly.

Stan Petrov annoyed me when we won the league and he was leaving that season, looked like he didn't want to even be there, not cracking a smile, bugged the * out for me for a bit, but hardly made me hate him.

  12. I think it’s worth remembering that not everyone expresses emotions in a similar way, and that there can be loads of things going through someone’s mind on any given moment. Emotional times, either good or bad, often bring other memories to the forefront of people thoughts.

Picture something that a lot of people have been through like a graduation ceremony. Everyone experiencing the same event, that should be positive, but in reality some express jubilation, some express sorrow that someone couldn’t be there, some express relief that it’s over, some express doubt about the next step etc.

As far as I’m aware Petrov was always a total professional (with is at least) and I always remember him being one of those guys who gave 100% in the pitch, even when others had given up.

  14. Celtic goalkeeper Craig Gordon is a shock target for former club Hearts ahead of Friday’s transfer cut-off, Football Insiderunderstands.

The 37-year-old has been considering his future at Parkhead after plummeting to third in the club’s pecking order behind injured Scott Bain and on-loan Fraser Forster, who is now firmly established as the first choice

A Celtic source has told Football Insider that Hearts boss Daniel Stendel is keen to bolster his goalkeeping department this week and has set his sights on Gordon.

The Edinburgh-based club are currently bottom of the Scottish Premiership table and Stendel believes Gordon’s experience can help guide them to safety.

The former Scotland international has made just six appearances for Celtic this season and is keen to be playing regular football this stage of his career.

He has entered the final six months of his £20,000-a-week contract and is unlikely to get a new deal.

The Scottish champions could be willing to let him move on before Friday night’s transfer deadline.

However, Celtic are reluctant to let Gordon leave without bringing in a replacement as they don’t want to leave themselves short in case anything happens to Forster.

Joel Pereira is the current No.1 goalkeeper at Hearts after arriving on a season-long loan deal from Manchester United last summer.

  15. Wish him all the best if he goes, great keeper for us.

For the best and he is 37, but we'll need a new gk as Forster will be too expensive.

  16. He’s a dour faced bawbag and has been vastly over rated for years.

Thanks for your service, time to go.

  17. Nah he's still a * of a guy and a * keeper

Fair * for sticking up for griffiths, doesn't change a thing about how he has acted in the past, be it performances or how he conducts himself in interviews to not taking any responsibility.
