I think and pray that he is going to be a hero.
not just for Celtic and Scotland but for himself.
    I love these comeback stories.
when henrik broke his leg I never thought he would be the same.
    he wasnt
    he was better.
I think thidsmight be the smartest move Celtic have made in a long time

His save from Ciftci's shot today was superb! World class keeper just hope he stays injury free!

Did anyone else cringe when Ciftci went in for that 50-50 ball with Gordon?

I was thinking 'please get up'. Thankfully he was ok. Any incident like that is going to be scary until he gets his legs under him again.

Crazy that anyone would blame him for Dundee Utd's goal today though. The shot was deflected and went right inside the post, it was just one of those things. Wednesday night will be his first real test as a Celtic goalkeeper, it'll be interesting to see how he does.

I'm amazed how brave he is, Being out for 3 years, you would think he would be trying to stay out of harms way. Not him! He out grabbing crosses rushing out and getting in between the boots. Some man, just hope he stays injury free

    Yeah I feared the worst.

Had no chance with that goal, massive deflection. Agree about Wednesday but I'm confident he'll be fine. Think he'll be a great signing.

Yes I did straight away, I really thought the worst. No one can blame him for the goal today we just didn't close Rankin down quick enough and were extremely unlucky with the deflection.

He could turn out to be the best bit of business for the club in years imo. Let's face it we've got a £6m+ keeper for nothing. He's at a great age too, 31 so probably just about coming into his prime as a goalkeeper. If he can stay fit which I'm confident he can he'll be a wonderful signing.

It was a big gamble and one I wasn't willing to take. However he did very well today, was extremely pleased with some of the saves he made. Hope Woodsy helps him get better and better.

Long way to go yet but the signs are looking good so far

Well done to Gordon today. A couple of really top quality saves and looked strong and confident all round as he did against St Johnstone as well. It is early days yet. But the signs look promising that we may have done a great piece of business given that we knew Forster leaving this summer seemed more then likely to happen.

Looks a great piece of business. Well done Stevie Woods again (I'm assuming he assessed him).

Looking like a great bit of buisness already the thing I like about him is that he is much more vocal with the defenders compared to Forster and is not shy to come of his line

For a guy that has been out for so long he has got off to a very solid start with us. I reckon that he will get better and better.
Great piece of business by us as I think we will get his best years.
