    Great first day for Scotland.

I'm taking a half day today and just going for a wander. Suns out, town is jumping, the Celtic Connections thing at Glasgow green is going to be a belter.

Hah, Jamieson didn't look best pleased, didn't crack a smile. Well at least he did say the better swimmer won.

Well done to Murdoch though, great swim, even though you do support the smelly mob. :p

Well done to the other Scots Medallists too.

Is there much going on in town tonight?

I kind of feel like doing something because the weather's so great, but all of my friends have either left Glasgow since I finished uni last year, are away home for the summer or are away on holiday right now. Might take a walk over to the Merchant City later to see what's going on.

He was fast as * and selby didn't know what to.make of.him..

Don't know.what selby was spitting the gum.out 4 times in the last round, usually you get that from a fighter who doesn't want to.fight, I'm.sure that wasn't the case but strange a the same..
Was a fiery encounter and selby sore.loser punching after the bell

Selby was a bug favourite for.gold..
Great result from the Motherwell man..
Looked.a fair. bit shorter as well..

Some more medals in swimming and Judo.so.far

It was a bit of a joke the "warnings" as Selby was winning the third round. Stupid rules, clearly a bunch of amateurs!

It might have been one too early but 4 times in one round for.an experienced guy like that in with a novice,.is.more amateurish in my opinion..
    First round was mcfaddens
I thought the second coulda went either way but selby got it unanimous
    3rd again was close
