    The definitive recipe is this ; two thirds of a cup/mug of oats , then one and a quarter of the same cup/mug of water . Place into a microwavable bowl and cook in microwave at full power for three minutes . Then season it , or add whatever you like ( fruit , cream , syrup , sea salt , vanilla etc etc ) I like to chop and add banana , salt and sugar to mine . Porridge is a great food for keeping you feeling full up , it releases energy slowly . It's the stuff people add to it that hypes up the calories :icon_mrgreen:

    Rip off top of packet fill contents into bowl
    Fill wee empty packet with semi skimmed milk to wee red line
    Pour into bowl them mix vigorously
    Pop into zapper for 2 minutes
    Wala

    Complete with your choice of topping
