  1. Out of order :31:

  2. There is a way to behave on this forum and that is not it.

    Read the rules.

  3. Really don't know what to think of Mowbray. He was my first choice to take over from GS but so far he's been a massive let down. I'm willing to give him time, saying that though if given too much time things could continue to get worse and it could take some time to recover.

  4. get a grip ya tool, hes telling the truth.

Report posts that are out of order, don't reply to them like that it just drags threads off topic.

  5. apologies :50:

Still think he is the man for the job.

  8. he needs better players and more funds than he has to turn us around just now. he came promising attractive winning football, he delivered neither. simples.

  9. I am in 2 minds

    1. I actually think Mogga will create an attractive winning team given time.

    BUT

    2. I think we did not need to take the risk of losing the league this year as much as we done. Was it wise to shake up a lineup (which Mogga tok months to find) who looked a good mix and go ahead and sell 2 of that winning 11? A big gamble IMO.

I say that because I think that unless he was given the whole seasons money in the summer, he should have built a transitional/compromise side for this season instead of trying to build his ideal side in one season. I think he had actually found a side that would have won us the league in the form of the lineup that had the good run in November-December. However, we have gambled ny breaking that up and selling 2 of that 11 and going for further transformation. I think we have made a big mistake selling Caldwell and Robson, our best CH and a very important inspirational player (vital in OF games) respectively. Was it really worth selling 2 first choice players for 2 million quid? Robson still had 18 months on his contract and was worth much more to us than a few 100 grand. These seem like Lawell decisions though.

Selling Caldwell of course immediately came back to haunt us when we had Mick, OD and a debutant making up our CD. Surely we ended with the most inexperienced CD combination in any competitive match I can remember.

We have sold a first pick midfielder with dig at a time when Brown is not fit yet and NGuemo is away. That was a * of a gamble. Again it all looks like gambling on the title by accepting a few weeks short handed now for a couple of millon quid in the bank. That sort of Lawell tightness and short sightedness cost us the league last year.

Talking of tightness, remember Caldwell is away because we only offered him half of what Wigan offered him. Can you blame him for going. The 19 mllion he was after would have been meeting the Wigan offer half way. Bottom line is his market value was 25 grand a game and probably could have got even more if he had left in the summer. People may not like him but he was our best CH and look at the dross we had at CH on Saturday. Again they knew Jos was nowhere near match fit and there would be a dangerous period when we were short handed but they gambled for the sake of a million and it immediatley led to our CD being manned by a Reading reject and a debutant. Crazy gambling on our title hopes IMO.

So I actually think Lawell may be due a chunk of the blame.

  10. give the man some time what do you want him to do? his team is playing well its just individual errors from both our backline and frontline that are costing us so dearly

  11. Who cares who TM signs this window? The League's gone already.

This season has been an utter disgrace.

fact is, there's noone in our 'team' who understands what Celtic actually means anymore.

And TM is not the man to remind them. Mowbray is perhaps the worst, most passionless, lifeless and charmless goon I've ever seen on a sideline.

Fact is, Walter Smith can motivate a talentless runt like Nacho Novo - a Catholic - to play his heart for a team supported by legions of Orange bigots.

Do you see any of our guys playing their hearts out?

I'm sick of this crap. Mowbray has been a disaster.

Keep the faith? For what? So the short-sighted aholes on the board can line their pockets? No thanks. I won't be going back to parkhead this season.

We've handed the title to a team devoid of talent and money...yes, we really have given a financially and quality crippled Rangers the title. Hard to believe, isn't it?

I don't recognise this team as Celtic anymore.

Worse, our constant poor results don't even annoy me anymore.

We're a disgrace of a football team and we should be boycotting this farce en masse.

Keep the faith? Shove it up your jacksie. I'm sick of that crap.

  12. 1. A players religion is of no consequence no matter what the team involved so there is no need to bring it up.

    2. Boycott a team that is 3 wins of the top with a game in hand? Did you witness the early 90's?

    3. No-one is forcing you to go to the games or follow the club.

Your post was embarrassing to read. What age are you?

  14. Good. Away and support Man Utd or Barcelona because 'fans' with an attitude like yours are not needed and will not be missed.

No doubt you'll be back when we're back on top and winning trophies again though eh. :38:

1 Your opinion i know its not been the best so far but what happened with faithful through & through or were you not brought up like that ?

2 .Thank * hope your seat goes to someone who cares about celtic and is Glad to support the club

    3. Nothing has settled yet or are you Mystic Meg ? (got the numbers for the next draw ?) :84:

    4. Fantastic take it you wont be posting so much now then ??

  16. Bottom line is Mogga and Lawell seem to be more willing to gamble on the title this year to transform the side than the fans are. I can see what they are doing but I think it is a major race against time for it to work this year. Thing is we are now in too deep to turn back so Mogga is staying at least till the end of the season and as long as its close I think he will be here next season too. We can still do it. All we have to do is win our game in hand and hope for one slip and its back to 3 points. Rangers have not been convincing and are missing key players. The bigger ask is we need to win 100% for the next month or two. I am more convinced Rangers will slip than I am that we wont slip.

  17. I agree, thought WGS was a great man for the job, but because he losses one season to the huns we go and get mogga whos * and makes the team *.

  18. Ive been saying it from day one, soon as i read the paper in zante that mowbray was going to be manager i knew it was going to be a disaster, my cousin had a season ticket at hibs when TM was manager, and he said everytime the ball went near there box he was * it cause they were so bad at the back. lets face it people who thought he was the man for the job had green tinted specs on, he got his last team relegated.
