I'd even settle for a Guidetti type performance. On as a sub, to run salt deep in the zombie flesh. Rile the * up. :icon_mrgreen:

Won't even have to actually be a red card offence for one of our men to get sent off against the huns.

Needs games, other than Griff I can't remember another striker have a run of games for us for ages. This 1 up top doesn't help. Strikers need confidence and without games that's something that won't come sitting on the bench. He'll be gone before he gets a run same as a few others over the years. Don't get me wrong he doesn't look great at all but in the spl I bet he'd score a few.

    Hold up play is excellent.

I have a feeling he will help us in Europe.

I would say he looks useful but at the same time I dont really have high hopes for him either. This one man up top business makes it hard for any striker to get going because Griff absolutely owns that place. Also from the little we have seen Deila go with two up I would nearly prefer to keep the one man up such is the way we play it.

I'd start him behind Griff against the currant buns.

Griff playing off him could be useful, dont see them playing together much though.

Over and above the fact he'd win everything in the air against the manks, he's an *. Exactly the type of player you want in your team rather than against in a derby match.

Aye I'd definitely start him and Griffiths up front against the huns.

I'd play him as well. Possibly on the left though or in the hole behind as can't see us going 2 up top. He's a threat and gives us another dimension getting on the end of thing's with ball's in to the box, in the air and would worry them as he doesn't mess about..

    Bailly

    Lustig
    Sviatchenko
    Simunovic
    Tierney

    Brown
    Bitton

    Gms
    CKR
    Roberts

    Griffiths..

Plenty option's if those aren't performing for the next 6 week's. If Mcgregor keeps it up. If Lustig doesn't pick up and Janko is in. Boyata at centre back if he just cuts out the sloppiness. Commons the hunskelper might be called upon..

Plenty of time to get thing's going as we look to push on and get the league wrapped up..

He looked today that he could be very good at holding the ball up for the midfield which would be great as we often find crosses going into the box with no one to meet them.

He has more big derby/game experience than anyone in our squad, bar Brown perhaps.
