    Reasonably expected line up, some changes etc of course what with the fixtures and the level of opposition, no offence Clyde.

    But I do have two points 'against' it;
    1. Brown is seemingly truly undroppable unless he is injured or suspended. Not demanding Soro comes in out the cold, but there really isn't a need for going back to a 4231 in this game and persisting with Brown at his age. He has massive plus points, but we do need to work on playing without him at times. As seen in the past, he can drop form, and as each year now passes he is more and more likely to take a dip.
    2. As with the formation change from the last few weeks, this has resulted in a one up top and an extra man in midfield, surely we don't need this against * Clyde! which has my back up that Klimala has yet again be told to go out there alone. Brilliant suggestion to help the lad on! Griffith and Edouard get to play as a partnership, but the fleeting moments Klimala has seen he has been sent out on his own, and again today. Griffith could do with a few more goals, why not start the pair of them and give the new lad a bit of help to gel in to the squad. The formation also does not help us as we are still in the early stages of the squad working as a 352 (today could have been a straight 442).

    Plus point - Shved makes a bench!!!!! Doubt we will see both Shved and Soro though. Expect Hayes, Talor and Griffth to come on as subs.

    Brown, Forrest and Jullien all deserve a break.

    Christie is playing just behind Klimala and has 17 goals from there this season, he’ll be fine.

    Can see why not, just had 3 weeks off and there’s an international break coming up where he’ll have time off.

    Decent looking line up, just shows the strength we have midfield / upfront !! Good Elyounoussi getting minutes to get back to fitness and a start for Klimala. Hopefully a few up by half time then get Soro, Shved and Bayo on. 5-0 the Hoops

    Reasonable point, as is your follow up on Brown. But still reckon we should be trying more not to rely on Brown. It's not so much that Brown needs the rest, more we need to play without him at times. He isn't always a massive positve and sometimes we could do without and more with an attacking and strong midfield.
    Klimala, I just reckon is a tad harsh that he has watched a 2 up top for the last 4 or 5 games and couldn't get on, but once he gets this chance he is shoved out there on his todd, Christie and the wide guys will obviously help, it is a team game, but we have seen recently that a true up front partnership is working for us.

    Thought young Welsh would’ve started. Good opportunity to see more of him after a solid performance at Hamilton. Unless cup-tied?

    If you rest CalMac then you cannot rest Brown. No matter who we play or what level you will always need a leader. CalMac has the attributes to be a leader, cant see anybody in the team at the moment who is a natural leader.

    Excited for this today, quite a few players in the squad that will be looking to really make the most of their chance today and push for some regular 1st team action. Should make for a great game.
