Hope we can repeat the performance of Wednesday but our Bhoys must be wary because too man a time after a great result/performance we have deservedly slipped up so we need to be up for this because no doubt Brown and Knox will have Aberdeen 100% fired up for this, I think Lenny will play this:

    26.Forster

    12.Wilson 25.Rogne 21.Mulgrew 3.Izaguirre

    8.Brown(c) 33.Kayal 16.Ledley 20.McCourt

    10.Stokes 88.Hooper
    Subs
    24.Zaluska
    7.Ljungberg
    15.Commons
    27.Murphy
    36.Carey

Celtic 2-1 Aberdeen Stokes pen and Joe Ledley

Ideally I would want to go a couple of goals up in the first half and make them chase the ball in the second to tire them out for Tuesday. However semi finals are usually close so I would take another 1-0

With a strong midfield and the form Hooper & Stokes are in i can see us winning it by a couple of goals :shamrock:

Looking really forward to this, pretty positive that it'll be a better day than my last trip to Hampden in the semi's last year. The less said about that the better........

    Mon the Hoops.

This is the stage of the CIS Cup where I actually almost give a * whether we win or lose.

I mean there isn't any real league advantage to getting knocked out at this stage, so it's six and half a dozen.

Would still rest some players tho...

I don't care if it's a friendly cup, I ALWAYS want Celtic to win whatever they're in. Whoever says "ach it's only the CIS cup" are not true supporters

Never have I not wanted to win anything, I lived at a time Celtic won everything they ever entered, and that was back in the 50s.
To me this game is between Lennon who has a better squad and Brown the Aberdeen coach.
Another thing too, letting Rangers win that cup is more money to them, to * with that! :38:
