I think sitting deep will suit Inter. We all seen last week how poor defensively they are. I would be going over to press them as we did at Parkhead. I thought we looked a fitter team than them, and we have also had a longer rest going into this one. I would actually be disappointed tonight if we sat deep and invited them on to us. Mainly because I don't think we can afford to do that. To go through tonight, for me, we are going to have to score at least twice. Play like we did last week, and we are certainly capable of doing so. Barring Craig Gordon's uncharacteristic blunders, we would be taking a lead into this tie. If we can cut out the individual mistakes, I think we have a good chance tonight.

Either do I, which is why I say we need to rely on our big players like Gordon to not make those individual mistakes, to stand up and be counted.

I'm quite happy to keep a higher line because the one thing we have plenty of in defence is pace. Inviting them in on top of us is suicide in my opinion, we're simply not good enough defending as a unit.

Let the likes of Johansen defend from the front.

We have been but since then we've adapted to playing as a team better, we are a far cry from the team we were in the first 6 months of this year. The full fact we pulled it back to 2-2 with Inter proves that in my opinion.

See I think it's far more likely we do win 3-2 than we would 1-0. I don't think we'll keep a clean sheet regardless of how they play. I thought they were quite happy letting Griffiths run in behind them, they're smart enough to cover his movement.

What they weren't happy with is when we held the ball near them and penned them in, got the ball in amongst there feet and attacked them through the centre backs.

That's why I want Guidetti to start, he's the man for that.

Chin up mate, we'll see what happens. I'm more optimistic than confident but I think we have a good chance, as long as we don't invite them in on top of us and let their attacking players play.

Anyone listening to Chris Sutton on BT Sport? He's completely changed his tune and is now full of positivity and praise for Celtic. He was also seen having a lengthy chat with Deila about an hour ago and appears to like him now. ????????????lol

"The same drive and courage was evident last week in the fightback against Inter. It’s a different feel from them.

Celtic are punching above their weight and you would not have known which side had the biggest budget. That’s a credit to them and Deila."

He's certainly changed his tune. That wouldn't be the same driving, courageous fightback that the players were OTT in celebrating would it?

    Walloper.

He shouldn't have gone so over the top about the celebrations last week in the first place.

Gutted about how big Sutton is now. I loved him here as a player, always had the impression he'd have done anything on the park for the club.

When he sees the reaction he's getting from thousands of people that used to love him, is it really all worth it for an extra few hundred or whatever he's on every week?

And even if he needs the money, why is he being such a bitter * about the whole thing? The manner of his departure from the club? Maybe he wants Deila to fail as it would make it seem Lennon done a better job than he did?

Just another * waiting to put the boot into us at every opportunity to seem controversial. It just hurts that he used to be one of us.
