I dont say anything, the last accounts say investment in football personnel 5m. I have seen media figures closer to 9 though but disregard them and check from source if you dont believe me.

Edit they should be backing Ronny better i agree.

Nah but I can safely say if you're trying to compare for some bizarre reason, beating Barcelona and winning record points in Champions League group stages beats 3-3 with Inter.

You didn't say in Europe either :50:

You still talking pish around this, 5m was published for year but that doesn't mean the transfer fee were this amount? Transfers get paid in installments etc...

I didn't even mention barca, or winning points record, all I was saying was the way we attack we are bound to lose goals. The won game I recall scoring three was in Russia which finished another high scoring game. If celtic attack in Europe we lose goals under any manager. Sorry I really did mean to say europe

Lennon was an average to decent Celtic manager.

Allot blinded by green tinted specs. Or if we we're to do the Sutton scale, Lennon was a disaster and complete failure as manager.

No, the phrase investment in football personnel is crystal clear. If we are obliged to pay in instalments this would be a liability and not investment in football personnel.

You are obviously one of them boys who thinks its while craic to come out with whoppers and get men to bite. If you are for real then there is one of 2 things wrong with you. The first is that you know nothing about football. The second is that you were bored with the way we romped the league and fancied a change. Anyone who thinks Lennon was average to decent is a fool or in denial.

Let's not go round in circles around this again Virgil and Pukki cost 5m by themselves and don't bother quoting me from our financial statement again as I'm a shareholder and get sent it. Thanks all the same.

He was average to decent. Good is pushing it.

Nowhere near the O'Neill/Strachan category. You just continue worshipping him as a demi * though.

You are the least qualified person on here to judge how good a manager is, remember "Ronny out" in November ffs.
Lennon spunked away millions in transfer fees and wages.
It's only because of the first class work PL is doing that we have now have managed to recover.

We now have a young, talented manager and a squad who plays the best football of any team since the Tommys Burns era.
Take your anti Celtic propaganda elsewhere troll "I like to argue" because its pretty obvious you like Sutton have an agenda against Ronny.

Van Dijk more than covers that though, considering we'll sell him for about £10m as well.

yeah thats true . He also brought in Johansen that year aswell. Unfortunately the signings that were supposedly high profile let him down .

Yup, both (if sold) would more than make up for it.

3 dodgy signings, 3 absolute belters, 1 I quite like. Biton is the other belter, Griffiths is the one I quite like.

Is signing Van Dijk, Bitton, Johansen and Griffiths spending money on utter dross?

in terms of actual money spent , pukki , balde and boerrigter were collectively expensive (for us ) . too much to waste in one window.
