Never heard what he said but I can never hate a good player for us no matter what they say as a pundit. Yes even Craig Burley, no matter what he was a massive part of stopping the 10. Same with Sutton no matter what he says I just never find myself turning on him

He acts as though he has a chip on his shoulder with Celtic at times. As though trying to put the knife in too much.

Over critical when someone makes a mistake etc.

When three English guys get together and talk about football, you're likely to hear some * being talked.

As far as Chris Sutton goes, that's the first time I've heard much of what he has to say. I won't be listening to any more of it.

Hateful * of late, guys got some strange vendetta against ronny. Mcmanaman is a * to with the spurs comparison, completely neglecting the financial difference.

Him and McManaman were a joke, the game had mistakes mainly the really bad ones by us but they talk as if we go out and spend crazy money on our team like the EPL. Liverpool for example needed a pen to beat a poor Besiktas team and Spurs who spent the best bit of £10mil last year can't beat Fiorentina who just lost one of there best players.
To say we should expect to beat that inter team for the flaws it has they still have good (expensive players). Shaqiri would probably get a game in any team in the EPL.
It is a disgrace after a game like that to be just belittling everything.

I don't have a problem with him. He gives praise where it's due and criticism where it's deserved. He said Armstrong and Mackay-Steven played well tonight and they did. He also declined the opportunity to have a real go at Craig Gordon and instead pointed out that it was largely thanks to Gordon we even made it this far. He criticised Izaguirre and the criticism was justified, Izaguirre was * tonight.

Most of the stuff Sutton says on TV has been said at one time or another by Celtic fans on Celtic forums or in pubs down the Gallowgate. If it's ok for Celtic fans to say these things then it's ok for an ex player to say them too.

As far as the 'celebrations' at the end go, I agree with Steve McManaman. A draw at home is not something that should be celebrated, no matter who it's against. That kind of wee team mentality doesn't sit well with me and shouldn't really be part of a club the size of Celtic.

He has said things that just make no sense to me. I remember round about december he was talking about how Commons should always be in the team (fair enough you would think). He then goes on to say "How on earth is Commons not in the team but the likes of Johansen is?"

You know Johansen. who has been arguably our best player since Brown came back from injury and was allowed to push higher up the park.

It just said to me that he doesn't actually watch our team and his opinion does not matter. I would much rather have Michael Stewart involved with every Scottish game o BT Sport. He might not be everyones cup of tea. but he calls it as he says it and genuinely wants to see the best for Scottish football

Aye spurs spent over 100 milion on players over the last two years. If celtic spent that we'd be disappointed not to reach champions league semi finals.

You don't think it's reasonable to celebrate coming from behind twice, grabbing a goal right at the end to get a draw?

I was jumping about the livingroom..

The celebrations at the end were as a result of scoring in the last minute . if we had scored in the 55th minute it wouldnt have been like that at the end .

What an idiot. Totally ignoring the financial gap between the two teams. Don't know why he has it in for RD

By all means celebrate the goal when it's scored. There's no need for a lap of honour at the final whistle though. If it had been a last minute winner then that's a different story.

Not everybody has to do the same boring over-the-shoulder gentle clap to the fans. Ronny wants our players to engage with the fans, I completely support it. Let's be different.
