Will he get his own man or will we impose someone on him?

Anyone know if Sutton has said anything about Rodgers or is he been quiet and if so, might be a big reason why he's quiet.

The reason Celtic picked Rodgers and pay him loads of money is because he has the experience to get the type of players that will make Celtic a great team in Scotland and
Europe, he alone will pick his number two etc. he is his own man, all we have to do is
accept his decisions trust and support him

    Hail Hail.

    Sutton

All Sutton said was that Rodgers will need a treasure chest to go with the job
    and I think he's right.

Would Giggs be a serious candidate? Looks like he is leaving Man Utd?

Personally i would rather a backroom staff of

    Clarke - Assistant Manager
    Hartson - Coach
    Carragher - Coach

Would be perfect for Larsson to learn from Rodgers as assistant but i doubt it..

Really? Find that hard to believe. Wouldn't be against the idea though

If Gerrard was to come, I would want him on the park with the armband as well as being a coach. He could easily walk into our starting X1. I don't see it happening though.

I'm struggling to believe the Lennon thing as well but just hearing it from a number of folk however they have no credibility haha.

As much as I loved Larsson as a player, he seems to be nothing special as a manager.

I'd be well up for Larsson coming in as part of the coaching team, though.

He was a seriously intelligent footballer and I'm sure he'd be able to impart some of that wisdom to our players - particularly the forwards.

He was wonderful at handling the big-pressure games and was the ultimate professional and a brilliant team-mate. If he can help share some of those mentality and lifestyle traits we'd be much better for it.

Though it's not right, certain players are more likely to take advice from Henrik Larsson than Ronny Deila, who had brilliant ideas, but not necessarily the reputation.
