i've heard a few rumours about this guy Behrang Safari fae FC Basle and also Sylvinho is a free agent after being released by man city so...? You never know what's going to happen

 

Lennon must have seen something worthwhile in the fella, otherwise he wouldn't have signed him.

 

Good set piece taker and a tough tackler. Our wide players didn't really trouble him when they played him last year, but to be fair, they wouldn't have troubled Donegal Celtic full backs!

 

sylvinho is far to old forget that one but the other guy has been reccomended by mjallby so that could be a possibility,lennon wants 2 people for every position and thats wot we need to do and start thinking like a big club

 

numbers on back mean * all. its just a squad number these days. maybe its a number that means something to him in the way beckham chose his number.

 

In my opinion, Mulgrew shouldn't have left in the first place. People are on making negative comments about him, but he hasn't got the chance to prove whether or not he has the ability to play for the Celts at the highest level.

My example would be Keith Fahey. When he was 20 he was released by Aston Villa, unfortunately. He came back to Ireland and * around for 3/4 years. He met a good coach found his hunger again and now he plays in the EPL for Birmingham.

Maybe when Mulgrew left Celtic, he lost interest and went through the motions like it was a job, left Wolves and came back to Scotland and found his hunger again.

And remember, John Collins was told he wasn't good enough for Celtic when he was a kid, so whose to say he won't do well now he's back.

Our right winger is number 46. Numbers don't really mean much anymore, apart from the fact that the number 1 jersey goes to a goalkeeper.

I wish we could just go back to the old days of the team wearing 1 - 11. Having names and numbers on the back of the strips is just a money making exercise tbh.
