Any news guys on how all the players are after International duties. There were alot of our guys away and I am a bit concerned about injuries.

 

I can remember last year Barca played a whole youth or B-team against BATE at home and they hammered them 4-0. Injuries or not, I think we can only pray for a point.

 

Some Spartak home tix have now been released to general sale, if anyone's interested, mainly cause Spartak returned some of their allocation I'd imagine.

1-2 barca (home) maybe 1-0 celtic (home)

 

as long as we come third the group is a success...but winning away to spartak has given a glimmer of hope for last 16..doubt barca will beat us a parkhead I cant see them playing their strongest team.

 

3rd would be a fantastic achievement aswell.

If forrest is back for barca i honestly think he will shine. Fast breaks will be our only way of getting up, forrest the ball and just run at them. I cant see barca getting any points off us, we will raise our game beyond anything we have seen before. Who the * are this barca!?!?! We are Glasgow Celtic!!!!!!!!!! Bring them all on!!!!!

 

We're going to get beat in both games, would love to be wrong though.

 

I would be happy with a point out of the 2 games with Barcelona.....

 

I'd be delighted with a point against them. Even if we don't win any, we'll be on 4 points after 4 games - which I'll be happy with. I can't see us finishing fourth.

I'd be pleased with third place. 4 pts after 4 games, say Benfica beat us away from home; it'll all come down to the Spartak game - who I don't think will pick up a single point in the group. We could finish realistically with 7 pts, enough to see us achieve 3rd place at least.

For 3rd place, we want Benfica to beat Spartak twice.
For second, you'd probably want a win for each.

We can sneak something over in Benfica, they didn't look too much of a threat.

I'm confident going into the Barca games as there's zero expectation on us to win.

 

Two draws between Spartak and Benfica would be even better.
