im worried as the style mowbray has employed. i think if we let arsenal play free flowing football and we do the same it'll be our own undoing. hope im wrong and our record at parkhead doesnt lie. Cmon the bhoys

i know we have to be posistive and all saying we can do this etc...,

i'm not gonna be all sad and trying to damper things here but i really deeply believe that if there is any "big" team like man u, barca, inter, ac, chelsea, arsenal, bayern, real, i really think arsenal are the team we can beat compared against them all you know?

is it the way arsenal are right now? maybe i'm blinded by a mix of pre-season joy and 1 amazing game in russia? i dunno but again if any of those teams are beatable it's arsenal i feel

i fancy us against arsenal because they allow teams to play and can see us getting alot of chances . if we are clinical we will defo score a feww goals at the park. if broony and nguemo are fit and ready i think we will win the midfield battle they have one of the most lightweight pussyish centre midfield going . fabregas is quality but never likes a physical game . broony should be all nover him like a rash. and i dont think they have too much up front . people hsouldnt forget arsenal are far behind united and we put up good displays against them in recent years. it will be close this tie but i really really got a feeling we will prevail

i was on arsenal forum and they all felt rather happy about the draw, the odd voice of concern but most think they are into the group stages.
Afew of them pointed to the fact we have tony as our manager and if we try to play football against them then they will destroy us.

Edit. one other point some of them stated the arsenal defence was poor.

:31:got my * "arsenal supporter" friend giving it the usuall 2-0 at half time, yous are * pish. Pleeeease Celtic prove these * wrong.!!
Humped the Pool at anfield, beat Manure at home and were robbed away. Nothing to be afraid of with these except their speed and have a good midfield. A bad keeper, quite poor defence and limited attack.
Also anyone see the arrogance of Almunia saying it would be a tragedy if they didnt get through..yep a tragedy was the word he used and the Arsenal rep saying they were going to the Final. Didnt even mention us the arrogant *!Cmon Celtic!!!!

i'm not scared of fabrigas its arshavin and van persie i'm worried about buy hopefully van persie will pick up anothe injury and we can keep arshavin underwraps and we can take a ropey defence and an incocistent goal keeper to the cleaners we can do this. good luck lads, hail hail.

Just heard the home leg may be rearranged/cancelled, due to Police concerns over U2 gig at Hampden the same night.

The U2 concert is on the Tuesday, so the game will be on the Wednesday.

that is a bullshit draw! i still believe that we can beat them though arsenal arent asdanting as what they used to be
although in saying that they are still IMO the toughest draw we could of had

That would be the logical solution, wouldnt mind swapping the first leg to the emirates though!

I think it's pretty clear that we'd stand no chance against Arsenal if we tried to beat them at their own passing game. The plan should be to put out a big, physical side to really get at Arsenal. I'm thinking Brown and Robson (if fit, of course) in the middle of the park to really get at the likes of Fabregas, Killen up front to wrestle with the Arsenal centre backs, and maybe a new signing thrown in too.
