I wasn't suggesting that at all. I was just pointing out how tedious the post was. I don't think any club 'loves' us. We do have strong connections with fans of other clubs though, particularly Sankt Pauli, who even sell Celtic merchandise at the Milerntor and online - we don't even have the same kit manufacturer which I'm sure is the reason that Celtic tops are sold in the Camp Nou, the Parc des Princes (as far as I know there's no connection at all with PSG), etc. I don't know what your problem is with it.

There are loads of pictures of both fans with each other,and plenty of examples of good relations between the two clubs but I can't be bothered finding them all.

 

That is more your personal opinion, nothing to do with Celtic fans.

I know some of them were dicks over the whole Forster malarkey. But lets face it, what Pardew said about the SPL is true, it is a * quality league.

We all know what the quality of the SPL is like compared to the EPL for instance, but he was pretty much saying that Forster only had success because he was playing in an inferior league and that Forster would be "coming back to a completely different level of football". He insulted Forster as well as the Scottish game.

He criticises the league - and really Forster - yet let's him come back to us on loan for last season? The guy's an idiot but I suppose we can be thankful that he completely underestimated what a talent he had in Forster.

His loss our gain.

I was there, shower of utter *, they didn't really bother me up until then, but I seen them lob bottles at kids and was spat at and called a * *.

 

I don't think there can be much debate that the strongest friendship we have as fans (and fans is the important bit, who cares about supposed friendships at boardroom level) is with St Pauli. That has certainly grown in recent years but I'd say much of this is down to them being seen as 'trendy' rather than any political empathy between the fans.

Plenty clubs/fans have been mentioned and I think it is fair to say you could produce a good number of Celtic friendly flags, scarves, banners from these fans. Much of it could be put down to a few individuals or groups i.e. Babelsberg, Virtus Verona.

At the end of the day, like who you want to like, hate who you want to hate and don't be sheep!

 

Is there a rivalry/dislike between Celtic and Ajax?? A few years back now i went to the Ajax arena and wore my hoops. a seem to remember a few people tellin me i shouldnt cause they dont like us??
I met Jaap Stam outside the ground and asked him why he didnt sign for Celtic haha. also met Mauro Rosales and Frank De boer who was just a coach at the time.

 

I'm sure that its already been mentioned but we seem to have made quite a few friends with Norwich City.

 

Funny you should mention that because Robert Duvall lives really close to me. Like less than an hour away.
