With Mogga looking like he doesnt have a plan A in place, never mind a plan B when we go behind to team, i was thinking what Celtics best formation, team, and the reasons why we/you would go with that team.

I would drop Boruc as he doesnt look fit, and has been making some howlers lately. Defence picks itself. Ki and N'Guemo are both sitters, but with N'Guemo being more combative and when the fullback bomb foward, give cover when nescasarry.
ki is a ball player and could link up play. Browns energy going foward, allowing him to support attacks and het in behind.
Kean roaming postition, free role, linking play as he does so well down south with the fowards and midfield. Allowing Rassumsen to be an out ball, target man, with keane and fortune buzzing around him around the box, with hopefully Brown also supporting.

Its hard because when our team is fully fit, you have the likes of Maloney & that back, & we have plenty options up front with Big Sammy, Kamara & Rasmussen also, but I suppose if we are honest Fortune & Keane are probably the best match.
I reckon Scott Brown will become captain after taking the arm band yesterday, & our midfield options are good.
I have went for Ki, N'Guemo, Brown & McGeady, because N'Guemo & Brown will give us some steal in the middle that we badily need, also both good runners. Ki isnt a natural winger so will probably play more infield giving Hinkel the licence to run up & down the right flank. McGeady drifts in aswel, so would give Braafheid the same freedom. -

Play 3 at the back with N'Guemo sitting to protect them he will battle all day in there and win tackles. we have knowone on the right who can deliver the ball maloney could provide this. up front samaras could do the running leaving keane to exploite the space. depend on the team we are playing play rasmossen big guy could win the headers and also looks like a bit of a goal potcher as well which we have been missing. -

n'guemo supporting, keane drifting behind because hes great at laying off and moving into the box. with him playing off the front two and moving inside i think we'd be really hard to cope with

N'Guemo has been great recently and has been solid in the middle of the park. I've noticed most of you would like Loovens to be played at the back but I disagree. I think the big fella is a liability. I'd much prefer young Thompson - he looks far more composed than Loovens.

simple 1 guy up front if yer playing a defensive team gives you a chance, for your own strikers to be on the 25 -18 box draw them out they cant all stay in defending and they are under pressure and cant get out use yer lone hold up player fortuney ideal as was big bad john, at doing it play no wingers in those games as they are not needed straight through the middle

This team allows the full backs the chance to overlap giving width with the two in behind the striker the freedom to drift while still having a target man in rasmussen. Also Nguemo and crosas have a good understanding and can win and distribute the ball aswell as protecting the defence. Ki offers drive and a good touch and range of passing to link play with forwards or take on long shots. Both kamara and keane have craft and bit of pace and can pick ball up deeper or go beyond rasmussen. Rasmussen can score goals in the box thats why hes here, so get him in the team. I feel to many of our players play wide and not enough comes through the middle. Also in this set up mcgeady maloney fortune mcginn and mccourt all offer options to the three positions held by ki and keane and kamara with option of either going right up top. I feel we would score the goals that we are failing to convert. -
