Kris Commons looked good when he came on.

 

They sang it all night, I sit in 110, few rows away from them.

 

Theyre not pish Hennessey, Johnson, O'Hara, Jarvis and Doyle are all good players.

Theyd give us a run for our money in the SPL and are better than the huns with that squad although if you did put them up here theyd probably need to sell 3/4 of their squad.

 

Aw I sit diagonally opposite of them and was blethering all thorugh the game but I mind hearing that new song with that on the floor tune, sounded good :icon_mrgreen:

 

oh great stuff, we have a second string team, what the * do we have them for, why no have a good first team, able to take on any EPL team, play regular, build up partnerships * its only 90 min a game

Elokobi's not the greatest of footballers, to be fair though he's usually okay defensively, but awful distribution. It's definitely the spot Mick should be targeting next. He has a heart of gold and both home and away fans love him for it, but realise he's limited.

We have a niggler in Karl Henry who got a bit of a uncalled for tag last season by the media.

 

I really wish Brown booted Jamie Ohara in the baws! When Wolves scored the 2nd goal Ohara flung the ball at him aswell. Little *.

 

Henry is a good player but his reputation is well-deserved I feel. Put in some disgusting challenges last year.

 

It was only Fletcher's 2nd pre season game, so he was a bit rusty, but he had the 2nd best goal to minute ratio in the Premier League last season, only Hernadez at United had better.

O'haras just like brown i think regarding their personalities.

 

i like Elokobi, not as a footballer, but he seems a nice guy, remember we were linked to him when he was a colchester, and we probs shoulda bought him, hes better than naylor was, but in saying that we have Izaguirre now, he's a class act

and Henry did make 2 or 3 really bad tackles last seaon, but i trust he isnt as bad as made out to be

 

So Matthews was good, better than Wilson?

 

Butch, what absolute nonsense. You can't be serious.

 

Technically better I think. Slightly more pace and much more dangerous in attacking areas. I doubt he's as good as Wilson in defence but I think he'll prove to be a superior option, overall.

 

Certainly going forward he's far better, not sure defensively.

 

Matthews is similar to Wilson, maybe a little bit faster, I wouldn't mind Matthews playing left back if Izzaguirre was getting rested.
