Shame we lost. Really thought we would have won.

Another preseason loss

 

didn't mind this game at all. didn't deserve to lose, but its preseason so I'm not fussed

 

We played well today, Paddy getting a full game and playing really well. Sammy played great too. Result was irrelevant considering its a second string side.

 

good workout tonight, deserved a better result but its only pre season. Hopefully the fitness levels continue to improve. mc court was very good in the centre

 

Disappointed with the result but pleased with the performances of Sammy and Paddy in particular tonight.

 

Some good performances tonight, Paddy was immense, Sammy was good first half. Dylan will be a star for us, Twardzik is very cultured.

Sammy could have had a couple of goals and probably should have buried at least one, we hit the bar twice and took the game to Norwich for large spells.

edit. Thought Rogne was solid tonight as well.

 

Wilson was the main culprit for the goal

Thought we played well, didnt create enough chances, passing was good in the midfield, but not enough killer balls.

Defence was decent enough as well.

 

Why the * is everyone so upset about a pre-season loss? Come on these games are pretty meaningless, we played well at some points in the game, we did not deserve to lose it at the end, very good work out for the players, cheer up its not the end of the world

 

Well, two GK's injured so that's not good. Samaras, McCourt and Wanyama all played really well as did Commons at times. I'm concerned with the lack of movement upfront and Murphy is utter rubbish. K.Wilson was not that solid before comiong off. Rogne looked decent for once and I can see potential their. McGeogh looks good.

Lustig Looked much better today. Excited to see if it can continue

 

100x better than the Ajax game. I'm confident that we will sweep Helsinki aside.

 

Norwich were dirty * the night

 

Looked very classy and composed.

 

I can see a deep lying playmaker position for Paddy this season as his passing is excellent at times. He just doesn't have the bulk and strengh of other players in that position and his tackling can be really poor.

 

I think he is going to be a very good player for us.
