I'm sure he will but if you watched tonights game and did not see that we couldn't hold the ball up then it's time to follow rugby Lenny, and that was against a poor side at the same point in pre season as us.

 

Lawson is 23. He will be gone by xmas. I'm not being critical just pointing out what we can take from the game. Pearson is so far away from being a very good player its not true.

 

i think beattie is a great player your saying hes playing * ffs wise up thats his 1st games since december ffs give the guy a break hes trying to get match fit i have faith in beattie as long as he stays fit

 

Lawson is 22, and tell me OH wise one, why will he be gone by X-mas? Pearson didn't play particularly well today, but he's a good player, and everyone knows it

 

pearson was good but over the past couple of seasons hes went downhill i would not mind if he was to go

 

I didn't say he was *. I said it is not his game to hold the ball up.

 

He has not broken into the side and boys like Ferry and hopefully Sno who are younger must be given a chance. Lawson will end up at Hibs or Aberdeen IMO

 

Celtic were poor tonight but I'm sure the lack of fitness and the fact it's a different team.

celtic were just trying out some line ups, letting the bhoys have a run out, f*ck sake it was just a friendly... nothing important, just necessary to let up c the new bhoys. was impressed with kenny miller, he played well n Jarosik was gd, but the best was Aiden Mcgeady! gd to c him bac, n fit again... wasnt impressed to c telfer or virgo on, i thought they were away n was surprised that mcmanus was captain b4 petrov? gd job

n the reason that mcgeady's goal was deemed as being off side is because the no.18 is not meant 2 score, the jearsy is cursed!!!! * im sure they wil do better against magics old team...

However Pearson is a great back up especially for SPL/Scottish cup and Lawson I can't comment on as I've not seen him much..

 

Yes, Legia's just started preparations for next season and CL Qualifications.

Oh and it wasn't the best Legia's squad. There wasn't Edson and Choto (two best defenders in Legia) and Janczyk (Sparks said recently that Celtic should buy him).

Are we actually complaining about that result its gonna be a different story when were not playing our YOUTH team, I mean i watched it in the pub and most of them had never heard of Nikey Riley and he started up front so it was a weakened team!.

It would be different if GS played this with a full strength side

Good training game. Legia is further in the season preparations because they play in CL 2nd qualifying round so no worries.

 

Yes we got beat but lets face it our best players wern't there Maloney, Nakamura, Zurawski etc. If you look at it we have now seen what our young players are like Reily etc and we have tested out Caldwell, Miller and Jarosik and that's all it really was for us to test out younger and new players to give Strachan a better idea for the first team.

 

i like beattie but how many injuries does he get especially muscle strains
