First half in fairness was muck but Lenny and the lads obviously drilled the fact the huns were being humped across the way and they came out guns blazing!

Wasteful in front of goal which I hope we will rememdy but better finishing it would of been 5 or 6 nil!

Not much of a game but today was all about taking advantage of the huns slip up and well done to bhoys for doing just that. A good sign hopefully too that we find a way to win even though we didn't play well and are able to take advantage of the opportunity given us today. The first half in particular was dire football really. We were better in the second half and did enough to derserve the win without ever getting into stride. Some good performances though from Mulgrew, Wanyama, Samaras and Ledley in particular had a great return to the side.

First of all Merry Christmas to all on TC and to all tims worldwide

Yesterdays results at CP and Paisley tops anything I woke up to this morning
(hope the wife disny see this) and cant wait for Wednesday to come.
I just hope that we can raise our game a bit more against the huns.If I'm honest we havent been playing well this last half dozen games or so,but credit to the team for grinding out the wins.
We all know the huns are pure * but there is nothing more dangerous than a wounded animal and the * can never be underestimated.
However if our bhoys play to form then we should be partying for the new year Hail Hail

Just watched the highlights on the Beebs website and can't help but think we got lucky with Lurch's challenge on Heffernan in the games dying moments.

Heffernan has gone to head the ball and FF has kneed him squarely in the pus!

    Thank fluck!
