Don't tell me you seriously believe that?

Our first goal came completely against the run of play. We were dogshit for the first 20 minutes. Slightly perked up after we scored for 5/10 mins, then dipped. Had a decent 10 minute spell in the second half when the subs came on, then turned to * again as soon as we conceded.

We were probably the better team for about 20 minutes of that game. Some of it was fairly even, then they had us pinned back for the last 20 mins.

The huns started and finished the game the much stronger team.

I know that it's their nature and they are genuinely nice people however, I wish our Japanese Bhoys would stop helping the feckers get back on their feet if they are fouled.

    Agree m
, don’t like that, they need to be told, need to be a bit nastier in the right way in these games, wee Maeda gets in about it but actually thought with the header in first half he had 1 eye on the keeper when he should have just concentrated solely on the ball

as someone said though that’s a Huns team that have been 3 or 4 years in the making winning league by 27 points playing against a celtic team with a new manager lost first 3 away games in first 6 matches to be 6 points clear with 3 games left is Hollywood stuff, majority of Huns saying we would be lucky to get second, Leipzig putting them out on Thursday would just be the icing on the cake for me

Until the goal we had a real lack of quality and composure in the final third. The goal was the first time we tried to work the ball instead of being rushed and direct.
We missed a couple of golden chances before half time that could have sealed the game, most notably Maedas header.

In a few games now vs them we have struggled to retain possession. Too often we give the ball away too cheaply and try to rush a pass to our forwards. It was just coming back at us and they were holding on the ball better than we were.

I feel that we need to show more composure in possession in these games. Theres no doubting we have the quality.

Iv said it before but i think Hatate is technically superb but he struggles with positional discipline. Theres seems to be this notion about him being tired and or unfit but if you look at the chance kent had from the tavernier cross, Hatate doesnt do enough to stop the cross. Thats early in the game and is nothing to do with fitness or fatigue.

for their goal we were just defensively poor. Bitton ball watching and not picking up the runs, CCV not stepping out to Sikala and Kent and Sikala creating a 2v1 vs Ralston then Hart beaten at his near post.
Sikala had two more chances where we were at 6s and 7s defensively.

We cant just rely on an energetic high press to win games. We need to show quality in possession and more composure in the final third.

Yesterday had a feeling like we were still adapting to the style? Just disjointed at times, i still think there is aspects of the system that need ironed out and worked on, especially in midfield.

I agree though, there is a bigger picture and still have to see out the league now.

We were terrible until the goal, but after we scored, we were by far the better team up until half time, and should have had the game buried. Second half started fairly even, but after they scored, they were all over us. We brought a lot of it on ourselves by trying to play out when it wasn’t on.

I wouldnt say on the cusp of something great, except for their european run, they have clearly been built to challenge us and our style for all them years but also do well in europe, they are a decent side but we are better :D they only got ahead of us because brown couldnt do it anymore thats the reality, and weve changed away from slower possession domination style to a really quick expansive side maybe in part because they were built to beat our possession system ?

They were built/forged to stop our dominance! and that shows how good we have been to win this league!

we declined as a team I THINK because we became to reliant on brown and he aged badly (the signs were there for years and we tinkered with changing it/him) but failed massively!

one signing would have kept our run going its pretty obvious who he is

Just home now after 3 day drinking session in Glasgow for the match. Never want to look a drink again for a long time I tell yas. Venoms, I understand why they call them them now! Potent stuff they are and far to easy to drink.

As for the match itself, was hoping to pump them * but part of me was also expecting a draw. Wanted a win as ya do but coming away with a draw after the Huns stepped it up a gear then I was happy to for the final whistle to blow.

Haven't read any of the match thread, the offside goal at the end , was it much offside?

Does anyone have a link to anywhere where I can watch the match again online?

Load of folks talking about the Huns like they've cracked the enigma code and worked out our special weaknesses... Have they *! They do exactly what every other SPFL team TRIES to do against us, but they've actually got the fitness, stamina and quality players to make it work - physically harry, harass, rough up, chase down and catch us on quick counters.

They are clearly very well coached, structured and organised as they're able to push for 90+ easily enough, while our lads are still tiring, but to give them some air of mysterious talent is foolish. If our lads weren't all practically out on their feet from the impacts of neglect/overuse over the last 2 years, and we found a physicality to match them in critical duels, we'd be out of sight from them I think...

We should however be really concerned if they make CL. They'll spend money they don't have to add the quality they need to move to a new level if they do. They don't fear risk/reward challenges. I'm not sure we would do likewise

we won't as we couldn't bank on establishment favouritism, they got off extremely lightly for their shenanigan's and its clear they still do the same *

it wouldn't surprise me if they are back doing their off the books payments

I would have thought Turnbull and Hatate would be the two for that position.

I see the Record has added hun WAGS to the list of the disabled and elderly supposedly fleeing in terror from missiles being thrown from our supporters. Our board really need to grow a pair and start hitting back at * like this.

Honestly mate they are just making things up and making themselves look like the arseholes they are.

Just look at the court cases, banned reporters, refusing to speak to bbc, cannae mention cinch and have hired a dup bigot as their spokesperson. They're an absolute embarrassment and the whole of Scottish football is laughing at them.

I don't want our board getting involved with the *. Let them spout their pish, they are irrelevant to us.

I found it highly coincidental that they claim they were pelted with bottles, chairs etc, after what happened in their * pit. Just another hun fc propaganda machine at work. They make putin look like an *. I'm also waiting to see one photo, one video, one bit of evidence of anything happening.

And WAGS being in the away end with 800 hard fought after tickets for a derby? Aye, pretty confident that most WAGS sit in hospitality not waving flags in the away end.

Absolute tosh, mare stories than jackanory.

As much as I don't want to ignore the troubles of the weekend I do seriously doubt that the people that were hit in the melee were elderly, disabled and ladies. I am surprised they haven't added children and Ukrainians fleeing the war for further effect. :giggle1:

Strange that their fans were caught attacking ladies and kids at Motherwell ladies' game. This week we've got a story to balance things up. If the WAGS were hit at the game it would have been right around the Ibrox dressing room and in the statement Rangers put out.

You can guarantee that when Rangers do something bad they are looking for mud to throw at us in an attempt to make out we are as bad as them.
