In all seriousness, I do think all this "rest them" chat is a dangerous one. Like Ronny said, we drop points here and all the good work against Aberdeen is for * all.

Resting key players is for when we go 4 nil up in the first half. Go out and secure the points first.

Perfect time to give Scepovic a game. I personally think he's an absolute donkey but needs must, and we have some important games coming up which we need to win if we are wanting to win the treble. If he's dross, which I fully expect him to be, we can bring Griffiths on, but I'm sure we can get goals from other areas of the park.

Sub Van Dijk for Denayer at half time so they both only get 45 mins.

Hopefully there's enough quality there to beat St.Johnstone at home.

 

I appreciate the sentiment but we have to have one eye on Sunday. If we run them into the ground again they'll be * for Sunday. We need to use our squad. I have every faith in Scepovic, Stokes, Forrest, Henderson or whoever to get the job done against St Johnstone at Celtic Park.

Don't forget, Armstrong and GMS can play in this game as they'll be getting their rest on Sunday. Johansen, Brown, Bitton, Matthews and Griffiths need a little rest though I feel. I would play Brown and Johansen for 45 mins each.

Honestly never want to see him in a Celtic jersey again.

 

He started the season well. I don't think he's as naturally gifted as others that play his role but I do believe he has the ability to be at the right place at the right time. I also think his best position is through the middle.

With Forrest and GMS at his side providing the pace and trickery and stokes link up play,it's gots goals written all over it
