That could indeed be the best starting line up because we won't be allowed to attack Man Utd in the way we can attack teams in the SPL. Perhaps we will have a better chance for attack at Celtic Park but not in Manchester.

If Jarosik doesn't start then I think Miller would be a good option to support VOH. His running could cause Rio and co. some problems. He makes things difficult for defenders and big VOH will have to be on the end of every ball that comes forward.

Our defence is not the strongest but with the right support from midfield, we can limit their attack.

End of the day, we will have to be on top form and get some luck on the night to get anything from the game. It's GS's most important match as Celtic manager so far and he and the squad will have to approach it properly.

    Let's see what happens.

    Come on the Hoops!!!:50:

Before United even dreamed that winning the European Cup was a realistic goal. Not joking either. Man Utd players back then said that

:50: Great post m8 everything you say is SPOT-ON!!!

Anyway my m8 from Machester was telling me that a few Utd players will be out of the game against the bhoys m8 but he cannot be 100% right anyway if this is right that would be a major boost if they were out there No1 goalkeeper, there best Midfielder along with Ji-Sung-Park that would give the bhoys more of a lift if they were out+who would take over from Van Der Sar??

Scholes is some player when hes on his game(he was ment to have suffered a dea-leg during trainning today:56:+Ji-Sung Park is injured too,he picked up a knock against Spurs and is really Struggling and Edin Van Der sar looks like he'll miss the game due to a stomach upset,GET IN THERE so it looksa like Sherk and Giggs could coz us a lot of problems but if big Balde was playing i'm sure he would put Rooney back in Hosiptal:40: again.

    INJURY WORRIES OVER CELTIC TRIO

Three of Celtic's back four will be playing through the pain barrier when they
take on Wayne Rooney and company at Old Trafford tomorrow.
The Glasgow giants open their Champions League Group F campaign with a
    daunting clash against Manchester United.
Sir Alex Ferguson, whose side have opened their Barclays Premiership season
with four straight victories, will be bringing Wayne Rooney and Paul Scholes
back after both served three-match suspensions.
And to make matters worse for Celtic, Strachan has concerns over Stephen
McManus, Gary Caldwell and Lee Naylor.
Scotland duo McManus (thigh) and Caldwell (heal) aggravated their injuries in
Saturday's 1-0 success at Aberdeen while recent signing Naylor twisted his ankle
    in training yesterday.
But Strachan believes their ``heart'' and ``strength'' will get them through
    the game.
``Our centre-backs played on Saturday with knocks,'' he said.
``You talk about experience and they might not have that but they have big
hearts and they are physically and mentally strong.
``They showed that on Saturday. I have to remind people that on Saturday we had 13 attempts on goal and Aberdeen had none whatsoever
``So the back four did very well against Aberdeen but this is a different
    challenge.
``Lee Naylor has got a wee bit of a knock as well so they are being protecte
in training. We are short in that department.
``They showed that with injuries they could keep their concentration.
``They aggravated them during the game on Saturday. There is no doubt they
will be feeling a wee bit of pain but the excitement and the adrenalin will
hopefully nullify the pain" Provisional squad: Boruc, Wilson, Caldwell, McManus, Naylor, Nakamura, Lennon,
Gravesen, McGeady, Zurawski, Miller, Vennegoor of Hesselink, Pearson, Riordan,
    Sno, Jarosik, Marshall, Cuthbert.
Lets have a go and make it one of out greatest nights in European history HAIL HAIL :50:
