Has there been any suggestion anywhere that DD is wanting to sell his shares or is it just fantasies from the usual suspects on here?

I think the vast majority of the fan base are disgusted with another abysmal transfer window but what is the best way to hurt the board so they are under no illusion of how disappointed the fans are, there needs to be a major reshuffle at board and management level.

As he says 6 seconds in "there's no dressing it up".

Don't agree with anyone stating this is an overreaction by the fanbase. The reaction has been coming for some time.

So in this window we have lost CCV, Hatate, turnbull, Johnston, Tilio, Ideguci and Phillips.

And weve brougt in Khun and a norwich reject.

Mind boggling stuff from our custodians.

Quite literally gonna need a full line up and it's gonna need to be of ready made starting 11 as well.

He's openly said we need 4 quality players it's hugely debatable that we've signed any of those then in the summer coming up it's fairly obvious O'Riley will be off and Hart is out of contract

We don't spend 10m on 10m players though. We spend 4-5m on players that frequently turn out to be worth 1-2m.

The fact that Desmond is refusing to unlock the safe when we have such healthy finances is completely bizarre, and I'm starting to come around to the idea that's it's to protect that cash reserve to make us more appealing to potential buyers.

He could have been holding on for the outcome of the dual ownership ruling the other day, and now it's been passed he might be thinking about trying to sell up to City Group or Red Bull. We've already been acting as a de facto City Group team for a number of years now.

I think we'd be an extremely promising acquisition for City Group. They've saw us develop both players and managers that were part of their network, and now they're looking at taking Matt O'Riley to Girona. We're becoming a vital cog in their machine.

Desmond will be privy to all the inner workings of those relationships and I wouldn't be surprised if he's already had phone calls with the Emitatis about coming under they're umbrella.

Possibly not but if he continues to be injured then we need cover. It will really depend on how long he is out for.

I could actually see Hatate going the way of Ntcham with less huffing. A talented player who at one point could have attracted a big fee but likely won’t and his contribution dwindles.

They're obviously not very fussed about handing over £50m to the other team I guess. I mean..who wants the largest financial prize in the history of Scottish football anyway...obviously not the board.

£20m Jota, £30m CL, £25m ST money. Then when you add sponsors, merch, GG, JJ, Turnbull, Starfelt etc. where does it all go? That’s off the back of qualifying for CL the year before too.

All we can muster up is £3m for a winger and a loan from the Eng Champ.

It’s a good theory but then why commit to doing the Barrowfield upgrade as a project?

I genuinely think it is more that he doesn’t massively care (Desmond) but likes to have the club as something to hold and point at as a wealthy Irishman.

He has put his people in there and will only act if we actually get in a state like the 20/21 season. Which sadly I think is closer than most realise. A couple of poor results that see us chasing the league and lose the Scottish cup tie at St Mirren and things might fall of a cliff quickly.

From a Rodgers point of view we need a big week ahead, win at Aberdeen, crush his Easter Road hoodoo and navigate the cup
Tie and things will look a lot better but I worry this team doesn’t have those 3 wins in them.

I'd be astonished if we win all 3 games.

The form has been too inconsistent all season and with big players missing and big players in Kyogo off form it has a very ominous feel to it.

This is what you're up against.

Palace signing 18 year olds for £19m. Ffs.
