All we needed was a little depth in defence and we got that. Done all that was required.

    The keeper has signed apparently.

I think Hooper will sign an extension soon, it makes sense. He is here till Summer at least so he might aswell make a few grand a week extra.

    I hope to * you're trolling mate....:97:

    we've not gone out stronger?

Kept our top scorer, reclaimed respectability in the football world, surprised and annoyed EPL/SKY bumboys, kept ALL our good players and even added to our squad with more promising youngsters, what is not right with this window????

    Smashing :50:

Signed Rogic, the big angry looking lad in defence and this Noring boy.

And kept Hooper, Wanyama, Kayal, Izaguirre.

    * magic.

    Is this Noring any good?

The only thing I know about him is that he played in the Swedish third tier.

We just signed Australia's most promising prospect, beating a number of English clubs in the process...it's not all about the last day.

Honestly can't understand the mindset (or lack of mind) of anyone not happy with our transfer business. Think of past January windows especially...

Have we wasted money on any past-it Irish shirtsellers? Have we sold our top scorer or other key player for peanuts? Have we indeed sold any top player whatsoever? Have we signed any 36 year old ex-EPL dodgey-kneed moneygrabber looking for his retirement package?

Or have we: kept every single one of our players, conducted our transfer business like * bosses and made other teams look like little * AND also signed one of world football's top young prospects?

All in all a decent window when you take into consideration that we have managed to keep ahold of our two best assets and have managed to bring in a promising youngster in a position we needed filled, and two loan deals which might end up turning into permenant deals if the bhoys impress.

Not going to lie, I would not have minded Russell or a winger being brought in. Simply because I enjoy a bit of transfer action though. However I am not bitterly dissapointed. Plenty of time for us to think over "bigger" comings and goings in the summer. I just hope Lenny can finally get this left sided player he wants lol. Preferably Barbosa from Braga.

Aww weve definetly 100% got stronger. Take it youve followed Gershons and Rogics career. The two may well be good players but were going into the last 16 of the champions league and never strengthened in the areas we needed to. See if Norwich bids are as reported we were never even close to loosing Hooper.

The player or deal may not have been there or been possible but still doesnt mean im happy with what we have brought in and i cant take people serious that say its been a good JANUARY window because we've kept our players. It should be taken as an definete unless big clubs come in with big money that our players would stay in this transfer window in our clubs position.

So we signed another keeper, strange one if you ask me. Who's the guy that was on the bench at Hampden? Never heard of him before. Thought we only had Forster, Zaluska and Thomson.

According to Sky Sports News, Celtic also completed the signing of Colin McCabe from Cavan Shamrocks.

We obviously weren't serious about bringing Doyle in on loan or else we wouldn't have left it that late. I'm happy enough with the window because we managed to hold onto our stars.

A player who came up on the radar. Whom we bought because we seen it as an opportunity. Not a position we sounded out as needing strengthened.

I just dont get Lennon. Why come out and tell fans that he feels we need a left sided midfielder and not buy one? Makes no sense to me.

I'm sure Doyle was just a back up plan, incase we got offered serious money for Hooper.
