Absolute up to individuals how they spend their money but I think it mad that so many people will read that statement and then decide to hand over their money to a board to watch a tournament the board cant even prentend to give a * about.

Manager and captain came out and publicly emphasised the need for new players, it was clear what needed to be done, but the Board just couldn't be arsed, same auld excuses about financial stability and the business model it just dosen't wash.

Its a "we know best - but thanks for your concern" statement.

Which pretty much confirms all of the fears behind the original message sent to the board in the first place.

It's genuinely mind-blowing (well, maybe not) how ridiculously out of touch these guys are.

What about selling kuhn for £17m. Idah for £7m. The countless other millions we have received past 9 months. Where has all that gone? 13m spent? They actually think that window was fine?

And we haven't even replaced Kuhn. Nor have we replaced Kyogo.

Astounding. If they remain in charge I honestly think I'll struggle to support the club the same way. They need to go.

There will be people who will buy packages as they will always support the team no matter what but a good majority will look at it and say "why bother?"

This can simply only be put out by a board who are completely out of touch with their fanbase. It is the single biggest statement of patronising and gaslighting pish you could ever have the misfortune of reading from your own club. Out of touch dinosaurs. There is no other option than a massive overhaul.

    Kyogo. A phenomenon
    Waffling pish.

FFP has not dictated kelechi iheanacho needing signed after window closure after the sale of both kyogo and idah in order for Celtic to have a centre forward as an option to shin, bought for relative buttons.

iheanacho was signed as a result of poor planning and dreadful execution.

Profitability in line with ffp is not the issue.

there is no argument to the contrary.

They are fortunate that unlike in the Covid season - rangers arent likely to pull away with the league and crank up the pressure.

If the huns were sitting top on 12 points now having beaten us in ibrox - a statement like from the board might be getting them chased out of the building

Surprised they never mentioned that more tickets sales would add to revenue to allow us to bring in players :giggle1:. Seriously though, I’d urge everyone to let them know they can ram their tickets.

The scary thing is the stadium will still be largely full.

Too many fans won't back up their chat online with action in person imo. I hope I'm wrong.

The board are expecting this. They know that if every season ticket holder revolts they usually can still punt the tickets.

As a support we need to be steadfast here. They cannot remain in charge and its genuinely at the point where a proper movement needs formed.

This statement is going to be absolutely torn apart for the contradictions and lies and utter contempt it is..

This has to get messy and might take a while and some pain will need to be endured but it has to be done. Celtic is absolutely * if these clowns maintain control..

It has to start with the Europa package.. boycott it
